【摘要】：正患者女,44歲,因腹脹、乏力及齒齦出血1月余入院。查體:血壓142 mmHg/90 mmHg。腹部膨隆,無(wú)胃腸型及蠕動(dòng)波,脾大,質(zhì)韌,甲乙線約30cm,甲丙線35cm,丁戊線5cm,劍下及肋下未觸及肝臟。實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查:白細(xì)胞2.64×10~9/L,血小板31×10~9/L。超聲:脾臟明顯增大,厚度11.7cm,下緣位于臍下13cm處,被膜光滑,實(shí)質(zhì)內(nèi)可見多個(gè)大小不等的、以低回聲
[Abstract]:A 44-year-old female patient with abdominal distension, fatigue and gingival bleeding was admitted to hospital after 1 month. Body examination: blood pressure 142mm Hg.Expansion of abdomen, no gastrointestinal type and peristaltic wave, splenomegaly, good quality. About 30 cm for A and B, 35 cm for M C, 5 cm for D E, 5 cm for sword and subcostal. Laboratory examination: White blood cell 2.64 脳 10 9 / L, platelets 31 脳 10 9 / L.
