【摘要】：目的評(píng)價(jià)臨床藥師干預(yù)電子計(jì)算機(jī)X射線斷層掃描技術(shù)(CT)增強(qiáng)掃描中對(duì)比劑用藥指導(dǎo)的效果。方法選取CT增強(qiáng)掃描病例1036例患者作為試驗(yàn)組,同期CT增強(qiáng)掃描956例患者作為對(duì)照組,臨床藥師干預(yù)試驗(yàn)組CT增強(qiáng)掃描中的對(duì)比劑用藥指導(dǎo),對(duì)照組給予常規(guī)對(duì)比劑用藥指導(dǎo),比較2組患者對(duì)比劑不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果試驗(yàn)組對(duì)比劑不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為3.38%,明顯低于對(duì)照組的8.58%(P0.05)。輕度反應(yīng)表現(xiàn)為惡心、頭痛、局部蕁麻疹;中度反應(yīng)表現(xiàn)為蕁麻疹、胸悶、氣促;重度反應(yīng)主要是急診心電圖提示心肌梗死。結(jié)論臨床藥師參與放射科醫(yī)師CT增強(qiáng)對(duì)比劑用藥指導(dǎo),為醫(yī)師、患者雙方提供安全、有效的對(duì)比劑用藥方案,降低對(duì)比劑不良反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of clinical pharmacists on the guidance of drug use in CT enhanced scanning. Methods 1036 patients with CT enhanced scanning were selected as the trial group. At the same time, 956 cases of CT enhanced scanning were used as control group, the clinical pharmacist intervention test group was guided by contrast agent in CT enhanced scan, and the control group was guided by routine contrast agent. Results the incidence rate of adverse drug reaction of contrast agent in the trial group was 3.38, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (8.58) (P 0.05). The mild reaction was nausea, headache, local urticaria, and the moderate reaction was urticaria and chest tightness. The severe reaction was mainly acute myocardial infarction. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists take part in the guidance of CT contrast agents used by radiologists in order to provide a safe and effective regimen for both doctors and patients. Reduce adverse reaction of contrast agent.
