【摘要】：目的總結(jié)老年周圍型肺結(jié)節(jié)的良惡性CT征象。方法所有病例術(shù)前均行高分辨率CT(HRCT)檢查,統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析結(jié)節(jié)大小、形態(tài)、邊緣及磨玻璃成分、內(nèi)部特征在各病理組間差異。結(jié)果磨玻璃結(jié)節(jié)大小及磨玻璃成分在各病理組間差異顯著,形態(tài)、邊緣及內(nèi)部特征無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異;實(shí)性結(jié)節(jié)大小、邊緣特征在各病理組間有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異,形態(tài)特征無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。結(jié)論 HRCT在≤10 mm的周圍型肺結(jié)節(jié)的良惡性鑒別上有一定價(jià)值,較大結(jié)節(jié)(8~10 mm)及實(shí)性成分的存在(m GGN)或具有分葉特征的實(shí)性結(jié)節(jié)高度提示惡性腫瘤可能。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the benign and malignant CT findings of peripheral pulmonary nodules in the elderly. Methods all patients were examined with high resolution CTHRCT before operation, and the size, shape, edge and glass composition of the nodules were analyzed statistically. Results there were significant differences in the size and composition of grinding glass nodules among the pathological groups, but there was no significant difference in morphology, edge and internal features. The marginal features were statistically different among different pathological groups, but there was no significant difference in morphologic features. Conclusion HRCT is valuable in differentiating benign and malignant peripheral pulmonary nodules with 鈮，
