【摘要】：正患者女,52歲,兩年前體檢發(fā)現(xiàn)肝內(nèi)結(jié)節(jié),肝功能正常,當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院診斷為"肝囊腫",未系統(tǒng)治療,此后定期復(fù)查,3周前復(fù)查發(fā)現(xiàn)肝結(jié)節(jié)較前增大,無發(fā)熱,無腹痛、腹脹;患者2年前曾感染甲型肝炎,無其他類型肝炎及結(jié)核病史。實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查:AFP及異質(zhì)體、CEA及CA19-9系列均為陰性。超聲:肝右葉S8段近膈面見3.0cm×2.6cm腫物,形態(tài)欠規(guī)整,邊界模糊,
[Abstract]:The female patient was 52 years old. Two years before the physical examination, the liver function was normal. The local hospital diagnosed "hepatic cyst" without systematic treatment. After 3 weeks of regular reexamination, it was found that the hepatic tubercle was enlarged, no fever, no abdominal pain and abdominal distension. The patient had been infected with hepatitis A 2 years ago, and had no history of other types of hepatitis and tuberculosis. The laboratory examination showed that both CA19-9 and CA19-9 were negative. Ultrasound showed a 3.0cm 脳 2.6cm mass on the proximal diaphragm of the S8 segment of the right lobe of the liver.
