【摘要】：目的:應(yīng)用螺旋斷層放射治療系統(tǒng)的兆伏級CT(megavoltage CT,MVCT)圖像引導(dǎo)技術(shù)來分析全身一體化固定板在全中樞放療中的固定效果。方法:回顧性分析10例全中樞放療患者的擺位誤差。所有患者均取仰臥位,并采用全身一體化固定板結(jié)合熱塑網(wǎng)膜對其進行體位固定。對螺旋斷層放射治療前采集的MVCT圖像與定位時的千伏級CT(kilovoltage CT,KVCT)圖像進行匹配,從而獲得6個自由度方向上的擺位誤差。匹配滿意后可進行螺旋斷層放射治療;如果匹配不滿意,并經(jīng)放療科臨床醫(yī)師確認(rèn)后,需要對患者進行二次擺位。結(jié)果:對10例患者共采集159次MVCT圖像。左右(left-right,LR)、頭足(cranial-caudal,CC)、腹背(anterior-posterior,AP)、pitch、roll和yaw方向上的擺位誤差分別為(1.94±1.44)mm、(2.98±2.51)mm、(1.71±1.87)mm、(0.73±0.64)°、(0.30±0.26)°和(0.34±0.31)°。需要進行二次擺位的次數(shù)為5次(3.14%)。結(jié)論:MVCT圖像引導(dǎo)技術(shù)可以顯著減少全中樞放療患者的擺位誤差。仰臥位全身一體化固定板在全中樞螺旋斷層放射治療中的固定效果是可以被接受的。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the effect of systemic integrative fixation plate in the whole central radiotherapy by using spiral tomography radiotherapeutic system (SCRT) image guidance technique. Methods: the pendulum of 10 patients with total central radiotherapy were analyzed retrospectively. Position error. All patients were supine. The whole body fixation plate combined with thermoplastic omentum was used to fix the body position. The MVCT images collected before the helical tomography radiotherapy were matched with the kilovolt CT(kilovoltage CT images. After satisfactory matching, helical tomography radiotherapy can be carried out. If the matching is unsatisfactory, and confirmed by the clinician of radiotherapy department, Results: a total of 159 MVCT images were collected from 10 patients, including left and right right right LRV, cranial cranial-caudal occlusal (CCN), and the errors in the direction of Pitchroll and yaw were 1.94 鹵1.44 mm and 1.71 鹵1.87 鹵0.64 擄0.30 鹵0.26 擄and 0.34 鹵0.31 擄, respectively. It is concluded that the image guidance technique of MVCT can significantly reduce the positioning error of patients with total central radiotherapy. The fixation effect of the supine whole body integrated fixation plate in the whole central spiral tomography radiotherapy is acceptable.
