【摘要】：目的評(píng)估超聲造影輔助肝臟穿刺活檢在肝內(nèi)多發(fā)占位性疾病診斷中的臨床價(jià)值,并與常規(guī)超聲進(jìn)行對(duì)比。方法分析2010年1月至2013年12月在該院接受肝穿刺活檢患者的臨床資料,依據(jù)輔助影像學(xué)技術(shù)不同分為觀察組45例(超聲造影,76個(gè)病灶穿刺)和對(duì)照組51例(常規(guī)超聲,98個(gè)病灶穿刺)。結(jié)果觀察組穿刺次數(shù)小于或等于2次達(dá)到滿意取材的比例顯著高于對(duì)照組(77.63%vs.53.06%;χ2=11.190,P0.01)。觀察組患者總穿刺活檢確診率顯著高于對(duì)照組(93.42%vs.82.65%;χ2=4.494,P=0.034);觀察組惡性病灶的穿刺確診率顯著高于對(duì)照組(94.12%vs.80.65%;χ2=4.412,P=0.036)。觀察組患者小于或等于2cm惡性病灶確診率顯著高于對(duì)照組(97.22%vs.79.07%;χ2=5.840,P=0.016)。結(jié)論在肝內(nèi)多發(fā)性占位疾病的診斷中,超聲造影輔助肝臟穿刺活檢較傳統(tǒng)的超聲檢查具有更高的準(zhǔn)確性,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical value of contrast-assisted liver biopsy in the diagnosis of multiple space-occupying diseases in the liver, and to compare it with conventional ultrasound. Methods the clinical data of patients who received liver biopsy from January 2010 to December 2013 in our hospital were analyzed. According to different assistant imaging techniques, 45 cases were divided into observation group (ultrasound, 76 lesions puncture) and 51 control group (conventional ultrasound, 98 lesions puncture). Results the number of puncture in observation group was less than or equal to 2 times to obtain satisfactory material. The diagnostic rate of total puncture biopsy in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (93.42vs.82.65; 蠂 2 + 4.494p 0.034); the diagnostic rate of the malignant lesion in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (94.12vs.80.65); the diagnostic rate of the malignant lesion in the observation group was less than or equal to 2cm malignant lesions. The rate was significantly higher than that in the control group (97.22vs.79.07). Conclusion in the diagnosis of multiple space-occupying diseases in the liver, the rate is significantly higher than that in the control group (蠂 ~ 2 = 5.840). Contrast-enhanced liver biopsy is more accurate than traditional ultrasound and is worth popularizing.
