基于增強(qiáng)CT掃描成像的灰度共生矩陣紋理分析不同T分期食管鱗狀細(xì)胞癌

【摘要】:目的探究提取增強(qiáng)CT圖像的灰度共生矩陣紋理參數(shù)的方法分期食管鱗狀細(xì)胞癌的可行性。方法選取本院36例經(jīng)內(nèi)鏡活檢病理確診的食管鱗狀細(xì)胞癌患者36例,在采取治療方案之前,行胸、腹部CT增強(qiáng)掃描。兩位資深CT診斷醫(yī)師將患者增強(qiáng)CT圖像導(dǎo)入Omni-kinetics軟件對腫瘤組織進(jìn)行勾畫。勾畫完成后,使用OmniKinetics軟件進(jìn)行紋理參數(shù)計算。結(jié)果隨著T分期的增加,Energy值降低,且不同T分期的Energy差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P=0.001);隨著T分期的增加,Entropy值升高,且不同T分期的Entropy差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P=0.007);隨著T分期的增加,IDM值逐漸變小,且不同分期的IDM值具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P=0.000)。T1期Energy值的95%置信區(qū)間為(0.037,0.052),T2期Energy值的95%置信區(qū)間為(0.009,0.035),T3期Energy值的95%置信區(qū)間為(0.002,0.007);T1期Entropy值的95%置信區(qū)間為(4.104,4.562),T2期Entropy值的95%置信區(qū)間為(4.577,4.926),T3期Entropy值的95%置信區(qū)間為(5.001,5.221);T1期IDM值的95%置信區(qū)間為(0.019,0.027),T2期IDM值的95%置信區(qū)間為(0.011,0.014),T3期IDM值的95%置信區(qū)間為(0.003,0.010)。結(jié)論基于增強(qiáng)CT掃描成像的灰度共生矩陣紋理分析分期食管鱗狀細(xì)胞癌的方法具有一定價值,未來可嘗試作為建立食管鱗狀細(xì)胞癌分期鑒別的無侵入性方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the feasibility of extracting grayscale co-occurrence matrix texture parameters of enhanced CT images for staging esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods 36 patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma confirmed by endoscopic biopsy were selected. Before the treatment, chest and abdomen CT enhanced scans were performed. Two senior CT diagnostics imported enhanced CT images of patients into Omni-kinetics software to outline the tumor tissue. OmniKinetics software was used to calculate the texture parameters. Results with the increase of T stage, the energy value decreased, and the difference of Energy between different T stages was statistically significant, and the Entropy value increased with the increase of T stage. The difference of Entropy in different T stages was statistically significant (P < 0. 007). And the IDM value of different stages is statistically significant. The 95% confidence interval of Energy value in stage T 1 is 0.037 / 0.052 / T 2 Energy value 95% confidence interval is 95% confidence interval of Energy value in stage 0. 009 / 0. 035 / T _ 3 / T _ 3 and the 95% confidence interval of Entropy value in T _ 1 period is 4. 104 / 4. 562T _ 2 and 95% confidence interval of Entropy value in T _ 2 period. The method of tubular squamous cell carcinoma has some value. In the future, we may try to establish a non-invasive method for the differentiation of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
