【摘要】：正聲輻射力脈沖成像技術(shù)(acoustic radiation force impulse,ARFI)是一種全新的無(wú)創(chuàng)性定量分析生物組織及其病變彈性(或硬度)特征的超聲彈性成像技術(shù)~([1])。包括定性分析的聲觸診組織成像(virtual touch tissue imaging,VTI)技術(shù)和定量分析的聲觸診組織定量(virtual touch tissue quantification,VTQ)技術(shù)。VTQ技術(shù)可結(jié)合常規(guī)二維超聲,通過(guò)定量檢測(cè)感興趣區(qū)的剪切波傳播速度(shear wave velocity,SWV)估測(cè)組織
[Abstract]:Acoustic radiation force impulse imaging (ARFI) is a new non-invasive technique for quantitative analysis of the elastic (or hardness) characteristics of biological tissues and lesions. [1] .Acoustic palpation tissue imaging including qualitative analysis. Touch tissue imaging VTI and quantitative touch touch tissue quantification VTQs for quantitative analysis can be combined with conventional two-dimensional ultrasound.
