【摘要】：目的探討表觀擴散系數(shù)(ADC)值測量對非哺乳期乳腺炎和乳腺癌的鑒別診斷價值。方法回顧性分析經(jīng)病理證實的16例非哺乳期乳腺炎患者和18例乳腺癌患者的MRI、DWI表現(xiàn),并測量ADC值,取對側乳腺對應部位正常腺體ADC值作為對照組。DWI采用單次激發(fā)的平面回波(EPI)序列,b值為0 s/mm2和800 s/mm2。結果非哺乳期乳腺炎、乳腺癌和正常乳腺組織的ADC值分別為(1.44±0.51)×10-3mm2/s、(1.08±0.27)×10-3mm2/s、(1.73±0.23)×10-3mm2/s,組間差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(F=48.023 P=0.00),組間兩兩比較,各組間均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論 ADC值測量對非哺乳期乳腺炎和乳腺癌有重要的鑒別診斷價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the value of apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) measurement in the differential diagnosis of non-lactation mastitis and breast cancer. Methods 16 cases of non-lactation mastitis and 18 cases of breast cancer confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively and ADC values were measured. The ADC value of normal glands in the contralateral mammary gland was taken as the control group. The single shot planar echo sequence was used as the control. The b value was 0 s / mm ~ 2 and 800 s / mm ~ (2) respectively. Results there was no lactation mastitis. The ADC values of breast cancer and normal breast tissue were 1.44 鹵0.51 脳 10 -3 mm 2 / s and 1.08 鹵0.27) 脳 10 -3 mm 2 / s respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the measurement of ADC value is of great value in the differential diagnosis of non-lactation mastitis and breast cancer.
