【摘要】：正患者女,48歲。體檢發(fā)現(xiàn)肝腫物。查體:腹部未觸及明確腫塊。化驗(yàn)檢查:甲胎蛋白4.96 ng/ml、癌胚抗原0.5 ng/ml、糖類抗原19~94.4 U/ml,均位于正常范圍內(nèi)。腹部B超:肝左外葉見(jiàn)81 mm×67 mm×55 mm等回聲團(tuán)塊,邊界欠清,內(nèi)部回聲欠均勻。超聲造影(圖1):肝左外葉團(tuán)塊于動(dòng)脈期相11 s中央?yún)^(qū)域開(kāi)始出現(xiàn)增強(qiáng),呈不典型輪輻狀,于17 s達(dá)強(qiáng)化頂峰,呈整體增強(qiáng),延遲相于100 s開(kāi)始消退。腹部
[Abstract]:The patient was 48 years old. Liver mass was found in the patient. Body examination: the abdomen did not touch a clear mass. Laboratory examination: AFP 4.96 ng / ml, carcinoembryonic antigen 0.5 ng / ml, carbohydrate antigen 1994.4 U / ml, all located in normal range. Abdominal B ultrasound: see left lateral lobe of liver. 81mm 脳 67mm 脳 55mm equal echo mass, The boundary was not clear and the internal echo was not even. (fig. 1) the mass of the left lateral lobe of the liver began to increase in the central region of the phase of the arterial phase at 11 s, showing atypical spoke shape, reaching the peak of enhancement at 17 s, and presenting as a whole enhancement. The delayed phase began to recede at 100 s.
