【摘要】：目的探討超聲診斷對(duì)老年乳腺癌新輔助化療患者病灶變化的顯示價(jià)值。方法選擇2013年5月至2014年5月在該院接受治療的乳腺癌患者55例�；熀笠罁�(jù)WHO實(shí)體瘤療效判定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)施評(píng)價(jià),其中化療有效組38例,化療無(wú)效組17例,對(duì)比治療前后經(jīng)超聲診斷顯示病灶變化,腫瘤內(nèi)部血流分級(jí)情況以及不同組別腫瘤病灶血流動(dòng)力學(xué)指標(biāo)變化情況。結(jié)果超聲顯示新輔助化療后患者病灶的長(zhǎng)、寬、厚、面積及體積均顯著少于新輔助化療前的水平(均P0.05)。新輔助化療后,患者腫瘤內(nèi)部的血流分級(jí)以0~Ⅰ級(jí)為主,顯著優(yōu)于新輔助化療前的Ⅱ~Ⅲ級(jí)(P0.05)�；煙o(wú)效組治療前后的最高流速(Vmax)及阻力指數(shù)(RI)水平相比差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)�；熡行ЫM治療后的Vmax及RI水平均分別顯著低于治療前以及化療無(wú)效組治療后(均P0.05)。結(jié)論超聲診斷能夠客觀地評(píng)價(jià)老年乳腺癌患者經(jīng)過(guò)新輔助化療治療的病灶變化,對(duì)于后期治療方案的進(jìn)一步制定具有較大的輔助價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the value of ultrasonic diagnosis in the diagnosis of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in elderly patients with breast cancer. Methods 55 patients with breast cancer who were treated in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2014 were selected. After chemotherapy, 55 patients were treated with WHO solid tumor therapy. Evaluation of effectiveness criteria, There were 38 cases in the effective group of chemotherapy and 17 cases in the group of ineffective chemotherapy. Results Ultrasound showed the length, width and thickness of the lesions after neoadjuvant chemotherapy. The area and volume of neoadjuvant chemotherapy were significantly lower than those before neoadjuvant chemotherapy (P0.05).
