【摘要】：正 患者女性,48歲,7年前做過第1次結(jié)腸癌手術(shù),術(shù)后3年連續(xù)做過2次結(jié)腸癌手術(shù)。因白帶多,陰道流血3個月就診。婦查:外陰有血跡,陰道通暢,有血跡。宮頸后唇見0.6cm×0.5cm×0.2cm的菜花樣腫物,觸血陽性,宮口松,子宮平位略大,雙附件無異常。B超示宮頸部肥大,粘膜下區(qū)呈斑片狀低回聲。
[Abstract]:The female patient is 48 years old, had the first colon cancer operation seven years ago, had two colon cancer operations continuously after 3 years. Because the leucorrhea is many, the vagina bleeds 3 months to see a doctor. Female check: vulva has blood, vagina is patency, There were blood stains on the posterior lip of cervix cervix, 0.6cm 脳 0.5cm 脳 0.2cm, with positive blood contact, loose uterine mouth, slightly larger uterine position and no abnormal double appendages. B-mode ultrasound showed cervical hypertrophy and submucosal hypoechoy.
