【摘要】：目的評價甲狀腺惡性腫瘤合并頸部靜脈瘤栓的灰階及彩色多普勒超聲的表現(xiàn)。方法回顧性分析2010年3月—2014年9月于我院就診的甲狀腺惡性腫瘤合并頸部靜脈瘤栓5例患者超聲表現(xiàn)及特征。結(jié)果甲狀腺乳頭狀癌2例,低分化甲狀腺癌1例,甲狀腺未分化癌1例,甲狀腺肌源性低度惡性肉瘤1例。超聲顯示甲狀腺腫瘤經(jīng)甲狀腺引流靜脈蔓延3例、甲狀腺腫瘤直接侵犯頸內(nèi)靜脈1例、轉(zhuǎn)移淋巴結(jié)侵犯頸內(nèi)靜脈1例。結(jié)論甲狀腺惡性腫瘤并頸部靜脈瘤栓灰階及彩色多普勒超聲表現(xiàn)較具特征性,可作為此類疾病的首選檢查方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the features of gray scale of thyroid malignant tumor with neck vein tumor thrombus and color Doppler ultrasound. Methods of thyroid malignant tumor complicated with venous aneurysm neck bolt of March 2010 to September 2014 in our hospital 5 cases of patients with ultrasonographic features. The results of 2 cases of thyroid papillary carcinoma, 1 cases of poorly differentiated thyroid carcinoma. Anaplastic thyroid carcinoma in 1 cases, 1 cases of thyroid malignant myogenic sarcoma. Ultrasound showed venous drainage after thyroid thyroid tumor spread in 3 cases, thyroid neoplasms invading the internal jugular vein in 1 cases, 1 cases of cervical metastatic lymph node invasion of internal jugular vein. Conclusion thyroid malignant tumor and neck vein tumor thrombus showed gray scale and color Doppler ultrasound with characteristic, can be used as the preferred method of examination of this disease.
