內(nèi)蒙古草原和森林生態(tài)系統(tǒng)木霉菌生物多樣性研究

木霉菌是一類常見的真菌,廣泛分布于世界各地,在工業(yè)和農(nóng)業(yè)中具有顯著的經(jīng)濟(jì)價值。從內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)草原生態(tài)系統(tǒng)和森林生態(tài)系統(tǒng)采集的土壤中分離出木霉菌,然后對木霉菌種進(jìn)行鑒定,并對其區(qū)域分布、生物多樣性及潛在生物防治能力進(jìn)行評價。主要研究結(jié)果如下:1、內(nèi)蒙木霉菌資源多樣性。2014-2016年,從內(nèi)蒙古草原和森林生態(tài)系統(tǒng)共采集土樣711份,共分離得到417個木霉菌株,采用形態(tài)學(xué)和分子鑒定相結(jié)合的方法,共鑒定出21個已知木霉種:T.cf.harzianum(205),T.longibrachiatum(112),T.afroharzianum(27),T.koningiopsis(16),T.asperelloides(13),T.hamatum(9),T.rossicum(7),T.citrinoviride(7),T.alni(3),T.konilangbra(2),T.harzianum(3),T.saturnisporum(1),T.crassum(2),T.velutinum(2),T.guizhouense(1),T.gamsii(2),T.sinuosum,T.atroviridi...
