鼻氣管鳥桿菌小菌落的分離鑒定

鼻氣管鳥桿菌(Omithobacterium rhinotracheale, ORT)是一種與多種禽類,特別是雞的呼吸道疾病相關(guān)的革蘭氏陰性菌,廣泛分布于世界各地,給禽類產(chǎn)業(yè)造成了一定的經(jīng)濟損失。對于該菌的致病機制及流行病學尚缺乏系統(tǒng)的研究,特別是我國禽類的感染和流行情況的研究甚少。本研究從不同地區(qū)321份患有臨床呼吸道疾病的禽類的氣管樣品中分離到27株的ORT,其中21株(77.8%)在首次接種時即分離到小菌落變異株(small colony variant, SCV),經(jīng)過連續(xù)傳代,從中挑選出5株穩(wěn)定的小菌落變異株及其對應的親代菌株進行了研究。采用API-20NE進行生化鑒定,結(jié)果表明5株ORT小菌落變異株的生化反應均為0020000型,而與之相對應的親代菌株則出現(xiàn)兩種不同生化反應結(jié)果:ORT-WT3、ORT-WT13、ORT-WT21和ORT-WT28為0020004型,ORT-WT16為0220004型。五株小菌落變異株及親代菌株的p-半乳糖苷酶檢測結(jié)果為陽性,親代菌株氧化酶實驗結(jié)果為陽性,而小菌落變異株的結(jié)果為陰性。體外培養(yǎng)試驗表明,小菌落變異株較其和親代菌株生長速度慢,遲緩...
