牛心樸子對(duì)動(dòng)物體組織生物化學(xué)及血液學(xué)影響的研究

牛心樸子屬蘿藦科植物,廣泛分布于中國(guó)北方牧區(qū)。作為中草藥,臨床上主要用于抗炎。其活性成分包括半邊蓮屬堿或類生物堿類、黃酮類、多醣、萜烯、脂肪酸、磷脂(類)、氨基酸和維生素等,其中生物堿類是目前研究的主要內(nèi)容,并且牛心樸子中已明確的生物堿有13種。本研究對(duì)牛心樸子中生物堿類粗提物進(jìn)行了提取,并對(duì)其方法進(jìn)行了探討;就牛心樸子全草粉碎物不同劑量(12.5%、25%和50%飼料)對(duì)家兔的毒性進(jìn)行了研究,對(duì)其體征變化、存活率、血液生化指標(biāo)、組織器官病理變化進(jìn)行了觀察;以牛心樸子主要生物堿TMPD灌胃大鼠,研究了TMPD不同劑量(38.5mg/kg、77mg/kg、115.5mg/kg、154.8mg/kg和231.8mg/kg體重)對(duì)大鼠組織學(xué)、血液學(xué)及生物化學(xué)等生理生化功能的影響。結(jié)果顯示,通過(guò)研究,建立了以鹽酸-水-酒精為溶媒的牛心樸子生物堿的提取方法,生物堿的提取率可達(dá)0.23%。家兔出現(xiàn)運(yùn)動(dòng)障礙、采食量減少、體重減輕,甚至機(jī)體衰竭而死亡。血液白細(xì)胞增多,貧血,白蛋白減少。肝臟匯管區(qū)小葉間隔纖維化、膽管瘀血。腎臟皮質(zhì)小管空泡化增加。心臟出現(xiàn)退行性空泡狀心肌細(xì)胞,肺泡擴(kuò)張,在231.8mg/...
