體外法評(píng)價(jià)活性酵母及其發(fā)酵飼料對(duì)瘤胃發(fā)酵參數(shù)的影響

【摘要】:本研究選擇7株釀酒酵母菌(Saccharomyces cerevisiae,編號(hào)為XR4、YL5、YN7、XL8、BC、SL、AQ)、5株產(chǎn)朊假絲酵母菌(Candida utilis,編號(hào)為SC18、SR12、YJ2、YD6、BY)及1株熱帶假絲酵母(Candida tropicalis,編號(hào)為BR),采用體外產(chǎn)氣法研究其對(duì)體外瘤胃發(fā)酵參數(shù)的影響。結(jié)果顯示,與對(duì)照組相比,活性酵母菌株對(duì)產(chǎn)氣量均未產(chǎn)生顯著影響(P0.05);酵母發(fā)酵飼料SC18、XR4、BY、AQ和BC組產(chǎn)氣量顯著升高(P0.05),且這5組產(chǎn)氣量增長(zhǎng)率均優(yōu)于其對(duì)應(yīng)的活性酵母組(P0.05)。13株酵母菌中的10株活性酵母及其發(fā)酵飼料均能使菌體蛋白含量顯著增加(P0.05),且大部分活性酵母菌蛋白增長(zhǎng)率均高于其對(duì)應(yīng)的發(fā)酵飼料(P0.05)。活性酵母及其發(fā)酵飼料對(duì)氨態(tài)氮含量均未產(chǎn)生明顯影響(P0.05)。活性酵母YD6、BR、SC18、YL5、XR4、SR12、BY、BC組總揮發(fā)性脂肪酸含量顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05),酵母發(fā)酵飼料YD6、BR、YJ2、SC18、SR12、SL、YL5、XR4組總揮發(fā)性脂肪酸含量顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。綜上所述,活性酵母可顯著提高菌體蛋白含量及揮發(fā)性脂肪酸含量,其中BY、XR4、BC效果更佳;酵母發(fā)酵飼料可顯著提高產(chǎn)氣量、菌體蛋白含量、揮發(fā)性脂肪酸含量,其中SC18、BY、BC效果更佳;酵母發(fā)酵飼料在增加產(chǎn)氣量、總揮發(fā)性脂肪酸含量上效果要優(yōu)于其活性酵母。
[Abstract]:In this study, 7 strains of Saccharomyces cerevisiae (Saccharomyces cerevisiae, numbered XR4,YL5,YN7,XL8,BC,SL,AQ, 5 strains of (Candida utilis, SC18,SR12,YJ2,YD6,BY and 1 strain of Saccharomyces tropicalis (Candida tropicalis, numbered BR), were selected to study the effects of Saccharomyces cerevisiae (Candida tropicalis, on rumen fermentation parameters in vitro. The results showed that compared with the control group, the active yeast strain had no significant effect on gas production (P 0.05). The gas production of yeast fermented feed SC18,XR4,BY,AQ and BC group was significantly higher than that of the corresponding active yeast group (P 0.05). 10 of the 13 strains of yeast and their fermented feed could significantly increase the bacterial protein content (P 0.05), and most of the active yeast protein growth rate was higher than that of the corresponding fermented feed (P 0.05). Active yeast and its fermented feed had no significant effect on ammonia nitrogen content (P 0.05). The content of total volatile fatty acids in active yeast YD6,BR,SC18,YL5,XR4,SR12,BY,BC group was significantly higher than that in control group (P 0.05), and the total volatile fatty acid content in yeast fermented feed YD6,BR,YJ2,SC18,SR12,SL,YL5,XR4 group was significantly higher than that in control group (P 0.05). In conclusion, active yeast can significantly increase bacterial protein content and volatile fatty acid content, among which BY,XR4,BC effect is better; yeast fermented feed can significantly increase gas production, bacterial protein content, volatile fatty acid content, among which SC18,BY,BC effect is better; yeast fermented feed is better than active yeast in increasing gas production and total volatile fatty acid content.
