飼料烘干機(jī)的自適應(yīng)模糊PID控制

【摘要】:對(duì)于膨化飼料烘干機(jī)熱交換系統(tǒng)的控制,傳統(tǒng)的PID控制無能為力,因此提出了自適應(yīng)模糊PID的控制方法。該方法利用自適應(yīng)理論的在線自調(diào)節(jié)來對(duì)PID的參數(shù)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)在線自整定,采用模糊控制技術(shù)對(duì)蒸汽量進(jìn)行控制,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)干燥空氣溫度的控制。根據(jù)所建立的數(shù)學(xué)模型,采用Matlab中的simulink模塊下對(duì)模糊PID控制的熱交換系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了仿真研究。結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)超調(diào)小,響應(yīng)速度快,能有效控制膨化飼料烘干的熱交換系統(tǒng),獲得穩(wěn)定、可靠的恒溫干燥熱風(fēng)。
[Abstract]:For the control of heat exchange system of expanded feed dryer, the traditional PID control is powerless, so the adaptive fuzzy PID control method is proposed. In this method, the parameters of PID are adjusted online by using the on-line self-adjustment of adaptive theory, and the steam quantity is controlled by fuzzy control technology, so as to realize the control of dry air temperature. According to the established mathematical model, the heat exchange system controlled by fuzzy PID is simulated by using simulink module in Matlab. The results show that the system has the advantages of small overshoot and fast response speed, and can effectively control the heat exchange system of expanded feed drying, and obtain stable and reliable constant temperature drying hot air.
