【摘要】：為了解呼和浩特市流浪犬狂犬病病毒攜帶情況,筆者采用雙抗夾心ELISA方法,檢測采自呼和浩特市的58條流浪犬的血清,并進(jìn)行小鼠顱內(nèi)注射試驗予以驗證。結(jié)果表明:在所采集的58份血樣中,檢出陽性血清8份,陽性率為13.8%,小鼠驗證試驗中,注射陽性血清的8組小鼠中,其中7組動物均表現(xiàn)出抽搐、食欲下降等癥狀,飼養(yǎng)7~12 d內(nèi)死亡;另有1個低濃度劑量組未見明顯臨床癥狀�？梢姾艉秃铺厥辛骼巳袢Ф韭瘦^高。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the carrying situation of rabies virus in stray dogs in Hohhot, the serum of 58 stray dogs collected from Hohhot was detected by double antibody sandwich ELISA and verified by intracranial injection test in mice. The results showed that 8 of the 58 blood samples were positive, the positive rate was 13.8%. In the verification test of mice, 7 of the 8 groups of mice injected with positive serum showed symptoms such as convulsions and loss of appetite. Died within 12 days of feeding. In another low concentration dose group, no obvious clinical symptoms were found. It can be seen that the rabies carrying rate of stray dogs in Hohhot is high.
