若爾蓋沙化草地不同生態(tài)恢復(fù)模式土壤活性有機(jī)碳及碳庫管理指數(shù)變化

【摘要】:研究退化林草地不同生態(tài)恢復(fù)模式土壤活性有機(jī)碳和碳庫管理指數(shù)變化,可為評價生態(tài)恢復(fù)措施提升土壤質(zhì)量的效果,以及優(yōu)化生態(tài)恢復(fù)模式的選擇提供重要參考。結(jié)合野外調(diào)查和室內(nèi)分析法,研究了若爾蓋沙化草地不同生態(tài)恢復(fù)模式土壤有機(jī)碳組分及碳庫管理指數(shù)變化。若爾蓋沙化草地的生態(tài)恢復(fù)模式有:灌草間作模式Ⅰ(條帶狀紅柳間植草本植物,SGⅠ)、灌草間作模式Ⅱ(環(huán)狀紅柳間植草本植物,SGⅡ)、沙障+灌草模式(紅柳沙障+紅柳間植草本植物,SBSG)。結(jié)果表明,與沙化草地(DG)相比,3種恢復(fù)模式都能提高土壤有機(jī)碳及其活性組分含量。SGⅠ模式的全剖面土壤微生物量碳(MBC)、溶解性有機(jī)碳(DOC)、易氧化有機(jī)碳(EOC)、顆粒有機(jī)碳(POC)含量分別增加36.6%、139.0%、89.4%、130.9%;SGⅡ模式的分別增加2.7%、-43.9%、15.0%、49.7%;SBSG模式的分別增加82.4%、21.8%、56.2%、170.3%。表明SGⅠ與SBSG提高土壤有機(jī)碳的效應(yīng)相近,而且二者都遠(yuǎn)大于SGⅡ。3種生態(tài)恢復(fù)模式土壤活性有機(jī)碳分配比例與DG的差異表現(xiàn)不一致,顯著體現(xiàn)是SGⅠ模式土壤DOC分配比例的垂直變化出現(xiàn)分餾現(xiàn)象。3種生態(tài)恢復(fù)模式土壤碳庫管理指數(shù)(CPMI)均大于100%,能不同程度地提升土壤質(zhì)量,其效應(yīng)大小為SGⅠSGⅡSBSG。易氧化有機(jī)碳可作為反映沙化草地生態(tài)修復(fù)模式土壤質(zhì)量變化的優(yōu)選指標(biāo),CPMI也可用于表征生態(tài)恢復(fù)措施提升沙化草地土壤質(zhì)量的效果。
