夏季不同飲水器和水壓對保育豬水利用情況的影響(英文)

【摘要】:養(yǎng)豬生產(chǎn)中豬飲水器用水中漏水將增加污水產(chǎn)生量,環(huán)境溫度和供水水壓及飲水器類型均會對飲水器總用水量產(chǎn)生重要影響。該文選擇夏季不降溫的保育豬舍,通過試驗研究了不同飲水器和供水壓力對保育豬用水量和浪費水量的影響。用水量和浪費水量每分記錄1次。試驗的第一個階段,用10頭/圈的保育豬比較了在水壓為0.10,0.15和0.20 MPa時杯式飲水器和swing飲水器對用水量和浪費水量的影響;第二個階段,用5頭/圈的保育豬比較了在水壓為0.10 MPa時帶片swing飲水器和標準swing飲水器對用水量和浪費水量的影響。結果表明:在水壓為0.1,0.15和0.20 MPa時,杯式飲水器每頭豬的用水總量分別為16.2±3.0,30.3±8.1和38.3±4.8 L/d,swing飲水器的用水總量分別為5.7±1.0,8.7±1.9和10.3±0.4 L/d。在0.1,0.15和0.20 MPa下,杯式飲水器浪費水量/用水總量預測值分別為83.3%,85.1%和85.4%;swing飲水器浪費水量/用水總量分別為54.4%,48.3%和45.6%。帶片swing飲水器每頭豬用水總量(11.3±1.7 L/d)沒有顯著高于標準swing飲水器的用水量(9.4±1.0 L/d)(P0.05)。但是帶片swing飲水器的浪費水量/用水量(60.2%)顯著高于標準swing飲水器的浪費水量/用水量(46%)(P0.05)。因此,為了減少保育豬用水總量和浪費水量,應控制水壓或者調(diào)節(jié)飲水器水流量至適宜值。在夏季不降溫豬舍,與swing飲水器相比,杯式飲水器將增加用水總量和浪費水量。相對于標準swing飲水器,帶片swing飲水器的使用沒有減少水的浪費。
[Abstract]:The leakage of water used by pig drinking water in pig production will increase the production of sewage, and the environmental temperature, water pressure and type of drinking water will have an important effect on the total water consumption of drinking water. In this paper, the effects of different drinking water and water supply pressure on the water consumption and waste water consumption of conservation pigs were studied by using a conservation pig farm with no cooling temperature in summer. Water consumption and waste water are recorded once per minute. In the first phase of the experiment, the effects of cup drinking water and swing drinking water on water consumption and waste water consumption were compared at water pressure of 0.10,0.15 and 0.20 MPa with 10 pigs per circle. In the second stage, the effects of swing drinking water with slice and standard swing drinking water on water consumption and waste water consumption were compared at water pressure of 0.10 MPa with 5 breeding pigs per circle. The results showed that when the water pressure was 0.1, 0.15 and 0.20 MPa, the total water consumption per pig was 16.2 鹵3.0, 30.3 鹵8.1and 38.3 鹵4.8L 路L ~ (- 1), respectively. The total amount of water used in swing drinking water was 5.7 鹵1.0,8.7 鹵1.9,10.3 鹵0.4L, respectively. At 0.1, 0.15 and 0.20 MPa, the predicted ratio of water waste to total water consumption was 83.3%, 85.1% and 85.4%, respectively. The amount of water wasted by swing drinking water was 54.4%, 48.3% and 45.6% respectively. The total water consumption per pig with swing (11.3 鹵1.7L / L) was not significantly higher than that of the standard swing (9.4 鹵1.0L / d) (P0.05). But the waste water / water consumption of swing drinking water with slice (60.2%) was significantly higher than that of standard swing drinking water (46%) (P0.05). Therefore, in order to reduce the total water consumption and waste water, the water pressure should be controlled or the water flow of drinking water should be adjusted to the appropriate value. In summer no cooling pig house, compared with swing drinking water, cup-type drinking water will increase the total amount of water and waste of water. The use of a slice of swing drinking water did not reduce waste of water compared to standard swing water fountains.
