【摘要】：哺乳動物的胚胎植入都存在著一個短暫的植入窗口期,這個窗口期阻礙了輔助生殖技術(shù)的應(yīng)用。通過以小鼠為研究對象,利用胚胎移植技術(shù)研究了延后著床對妊娠的影響。結(jié)果顯示,小鼠的胚胎在延后1d(即第5天)也能著床并能誘導(dǎo)蛻膜化的發(fā)生,而延后2d則不能移植。與正常組(第4天移植)相比,延后著床組的胚胎吸收率明顯增加、窩產(chǎn)仔數(shù)明顯減少及妊娠期延長。試驗結(jié)果表明,小鼠胚胎超出子宮植入窗口期亦可著床,但會導(dǎo)致植入間隙和胎盤發(fā)育異常進(jìn)而影響妊娠結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:Mammalian embryo implantation has a short implantation window, which hinders the application of assisted reproductive technology. The effects of delayed implantation on pregnancy in mice were studied by means of embryo transfer technique. The results showed that the mouse embryos could also be implanted and induced decidualization on the 1st day (that is, the 5th day), but could not be transplanted after 2 days of postponement. Compared with the normal group (the 4th day transplantation), the embryo absorptivity of the delayed implantation group was significantly increased, the number of litter births was significantly reduced and the gestation period was prolonged. The results showed that mouse embryos could also implantation beyond the window of uterine implantation, but could lead to abnormal development of placenta and space of implantation, which would affect pregnancy outcome.
