國內(nèi)新型基因2型牛病毒性腹瀉病毒研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:牛病毒性腹瀉病毒(Bovine viral diarrhea virus,BVDV)有兩種基因型:基因1型(BVDV-1)和基因2型(BVDV-2)。以往的流行病學(xué)調(diào)查顯示BVDV-1的分布和流行區(qū)域更加廣泛,但近年來國內(nèi)BVDV-2的發(fā)病率呈持續(xù)升高趨勢。BVDV-2通常會(huì)引起嚴(yán)重的急性感染和出血綜合征,給養(yǎng)牛業(yè)造成巨大損失。本文就BVDV-2特異性檢測方法和基因分型的建立,型特異性BVDV-2毒株的分離與鑒定,BVDV-2優(yōu)勢分離株的全基因組測定與遺傳特性分析及BVDV-1和BVDV-2抗原和抗體檢測平臺(tái)的建立等方面展開簡要綜述。
[Abstract]:There are two genotypes of bovine viral diarrhea virus (Bovine viral diarrhea virus,BVDV): gene type 1 (BVDV-1) and gene type 2 (BVDV-2). Previous epidemiological investigations showed that the distribution and epidemic areas of BVDV-1 were more extensive, but the incidence of BVDV-2 in China was increasing continuously in recent years. BVDV-2 usually causes severe acute infection and hemorrhage syndrome. Cause a great loss to the cattle industry. In this paper, the establishment of BVDV-2 specific detection method and genotyping, isolation and identification of type-specific BVDV-2 strains, The whole genome determination and genetic characteristics analysis of BVDV-2 dominant isolates and the establishment of detection platforms for BVDV-1 and BVDV-2 antigens and antibodies were briefly reviewed.
