絕食對(duì)九龍牦牛體重、血清激素和生化指標(biāo)的影響

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)旨在研究冷季絕食應(yīng)激時(shí)九龍牦牛體重、血清激素和生化指標(biāo)的變化。選擇8頭健康無(wú)病、生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育良好的2歲九龍牦牛8頭,體重為(90.75±8.66)kg,按體重相近的原則隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和絕食組,每組4個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)1頭牛。對(duì)照組正常飼喂,絕食組牦牛做斷料處理。試驗(yàn)期7 d。分別在試驗(yàn)開(kāi)始后的第1、3、5、7天稱重和通過(guò)頸靜脈采血。結(jié)果表明:絕食7 d后牦牛的體重顯著降低(P0.05),血清中葡萄糖、胰島素含量顯著下降(P0.05),血清非酯化脂肪酸、甘油三酯、脂聯(lián)素和胰高血糖素含量顯著升高(P0.05),血清中糖異生前體物質(zhì)丙酸、乳酸的含量顯著降低(P0.05),而血清中來(lái)源于體儲(chǔ)降解的甘油、β-羥丁酸的含量顯著升高(P0.05),血清中糖異生關(guān)鍵酶丙酮酸羧化酶、果糖1,6二磷酸酶、磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧激酶、葡萄糖六磷酸酶的活性均顯著升高(P0.05)。結(jié)果提示,絕食7 d后牦牛開(kāi)始大量動(dòng)用體儲(chǔ),提高糖異生代謝過(guò)程,維持機(jī)體代謝的正常需要,保證血清葡萄糖含量的穩(wěn)定以維持生命。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this experiment was to study the changes of body weight, serum hormone and biochemical indexes of Kowloon yak during cold season hunger strike. Eight 2-year-old 2-year-old Kowloon yaks with a body weight of (90.75 鹵8.66) kg, were randomly divided into control group and hunger strike group according to the principle of similar body weight. The control group was fed with normal diet, and the fasting group was treated with cut-off material. 7 d. Weighing and collecting blood through jugular vein 1, 3, 5, 7 days after the beginning of the trial. The results showed that after 7 days of hunger strike, the body weight of yak decreased significantly (P0.05), the content of glucose and insulin in serum decreased significantly (P0.05), the serum non-esterified fatty acids, triglycerides, The levels of adiponectin and glucagon were significantly increased (P0.05), and the contents of propionic acid and lactic acid in serum were significantly decreased (P0.05), while the contents of glycerol, which originated from body storage and degradation, were significantly decreased (P0.05). The content of 尾-hydroxybutyric acid was significantly increased (P0.05), and the activities of glycosylation key enzymes pyruvate carboxylase, fructose-1, 6-diphosphatase, phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase and glucose hexaphase in serum were significantly increased (P0.05). The results indicated that yaks began to use a large amount of body storage after 7 days of hunger strike to improve the metabolic process of glucose, maintain the normal needs of metabolism, and ensure the stability of serum glucose content in order to maintain life.
