【摘要】：為了探究復(fù)方淫羊藿對(duì)豬多殺性巴氏桿菌感染動(dòng)物的保護(hù)作用,將復(fù)方淫羊藿作為飼料添加劑按0.05%、0.1%、0.15%添加到鼠飼料中,飼喂3周齡昆明白小鼠30d。對(duì)小鼠進(jìn)行碳粒廓清試驗(yàn),溶菌酶活性及對(duì)豬多殺性巴氏桿菌感染小鼠保護(hù)試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果顯示,復(fù)方淫羊藿能夠提高免疫器官指數(shù),增加了單核-巨噬細(xì)胞的活性,顯著提高了溶菌酶活性,增強(qiáng)了機(jī)體免疫力,從而達(dá)到了對(duì)感染豬多殺性巴氏桿菌小鼠良好的保護(hù)作用。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the protective effect of compound epimedium on animals infected with Pasteurella multocida, Epimedium epimedii compound was added to mouse feed at 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.15% as feed additive, and was fed to Kunming white mice for 30 d at the age of 3 weeks. Carbon particle clearance test, lysozyme activity and protection against Pasteurella multocida infection in mice were carried out. The results showed that Herba Epimedium compound could increase the immune organ index, increase the activity of monocyte-macrophage, significantly increase the activity of lysozyme, and enhance the immunity of organism. Thus the protective effect of Pasteurella multocida infected with Pasteurella multocida in mice was achieved.
