【摘要】：本試驗(yàn)采用胚蛋注射技術(shù)研究孵化后期補(bǔ)充外源性營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)蛋氨酸對(duì)血液生化指標(biāo)和胸肌發(fā)育的影響。選取300枚種蛋隨機(jī)分為2組,每組3個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)50枚種蛋。在孵化第24天進(jìn)行蛋氨酸注射,對(duì)照組不做任何處理,處理組注射1.5 m L蛋氨酸營(yíng)養(yǎng)液(Met 5 mg/m L、Na Cl 7.5 mg/m L)。出雛后,每個(gè)重復(fù)選取體重均勻和健康的雛鵝20只進(jìn)行飼養(yǎng)試驗(yàn),飼養(yǎng)28 d。結(jié)果表明:胚蛋給養(yǎng)蛋氨酸顯著提高了朗德鵝的初生重和7 d體重(P0.05),處理組顯著提高了0、7 d胸肌重(P0.05),有提高0 d胸肌指數(shù)的趨勢(shì)(0.05≤P0.10),并且顯著提高了0、7 d的肌纖維直徑(P0.05);處理組有提高雛鵝血清中總蛋白含量的趨勢(shì)(0.05≤P0.10),顯著提高了白蛋白含量并降低了血清尿酸含量(P0.05);處理組顯著提高了Myf5的相對(duì)表達(dá)量并降低了MSTN的相對(duì)表達(dá)量(P0.05)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,胚蛋給養(yǎng)蛋氨酸可通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)Myf5和MSTN的m RNA相對(duì)表達(dá)量來(lái)促進(jìn)胸肌的發(fā)育,促進(jìn)了機(jī)體的生長(zhǎng)。
[Abstract]:In this study, the effects of exogenous nutrient methionine on blood biochemical indexes and the development of pectoral muscle in late hatching stage were studied by embryo injection technique. 300 eggs were randomly divided into 2 groups with 3 repeats in each group and 50 eggs in each group. On the 24th day of incubation, methionine injection was given to the control group without any treatment, and 1.5 mL methionine nutrient solution (Met 5 mg/m / L, Na Cl 7.5 mg/m L).) was injected into the treatment group.
