【摘要】：由病毒引起的犬瘟熱(canine distemper,CD)是極為嚴重的一種傳染病,可以傳播于不同物種之間,對肉食目等數(shù)十種動物產(chǎn)生致命性威脅。感染犬瘟熱的動物往往因為免疫抑制,繼發(fā)細菌或其他病毒感染。現(xiàn)已經(jīng)成為家養(yǎng)寵物、保護野生動物及飼養(yǎng)經(jīng)濟動物重大疫病之一。為了進一步了解延邊地區(qū)犬瘟熱現(xiàn)況,于2014年9月至2016年2月收集延邊地區(qū)動物醫(yī)院門診病例519例,運用膠體金檢測法進行診斷,其中陽性病例243例,平均現(xiàn)患率為46.82%。本次調(diào)查分析表明患病時間、年齡、免疫情況是影響延邊地區(qū)犬瘟熱現(xiàn)患率的主要因素,性別和品種的差異對犬瘟熱現(xiàn)患率影響很小,為該病的進一步研究提供基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)支持；本次研究發(fā)現(xiàn)目前延邊地區(qū)犬瘟熱防控措施有待改善,提出了綜合防治措施和建議。根據(jù)犬瘟熱病毒H基因的突變性,運用半巢式多重PCR的方法對病犬所感染的犬瘟熱病毒進行基因分型,共收集病料21例,結(jié)果均為Asia-I型,說明延邊地區(qū)主要流行毒株為Asia-I型。運用PCR法對CDV進行基因分型,可以在1 d內(nèi)得到結(jié)果,具有極高的時效性,可以快速區(qū)分患犬瘟熱動物的感染來源,鑒別疫苗株和野毒株,同時為犬瘟熱的流行病學(xué)調(diào)查及分子生物學(xué)研究提供可靠方法。
[Abstract]:Canine distemper (canine distemper,CD) caused by virus is an extremely serious infectious disease, which can spread between different species and pose a fatal threat to dozens of animals such as carnivorous order. Animals infected with canine distemper are often infected with immunosuppressive, secondary bacteria or other viruses. Now it has become one of the major diseases of domestic pets, protecting wild animals and raising economic animals. In order to further understand the current situation of canine distemper in Yanbian area, 519 outpatients of Yanbian Regional Animal Hospital were collected from September 2014 to February 2016. The diagnosis was carried out by colloidal gold test. 243 cases were positive, and the average prevalence rate was 46.82%. The investigation and analysis showed that the prevalence rate of canine distemper in Yanbian area was mainly affected by the time, age and immunity of the disease. The difference of sex and variety had little effect on the prevalence rate of canine distemper, which provided basic data support for further study of canine distemper. This study found that the prevention and control measures of canine distemper in Yanbian area need to be improved, and put forward comprehensive prevention measures and suggestions. Based on the mutation of canine distemper virus H gene, a semi-nested multiplex PCR method was used to type canine distemper virus infected in dogs. 21 cases of canine distemper virus were collected. The results were all Asia-I type. The results showed that the main epidemic strain in Yanbian area was Asia-I type. The genotyping of CDV by PCR method can obtain the results within 1 day, which has a high time-efficiency. It can quickly distinguish the source of infection of canine distemper animals and identify the vaccine strain and wild strain of Canine distemper. It also provides a reliable method for epidemiological investigation and molecular biology of canine distemper.
