長期飼喂高脂飼料對大鼠血脂、肝及腸道菌群的影響
[Abstract]:The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of high fat diet on blood lipids, liver and intestinal flora in rats. In this study, adult healthy SD rats were randomly divided into two groups: blank control group and high fat diet group (nr10). The rats were fed with maintenance diet and high fat diet for 13 weeks, and serum lipid levels were analyzed at the 8th and 13th weeks. The contents of liver tissue and cecum were collected at the 13th week to detect the changes of hepatic lesions and intestinal flora and to predict the metabolic pathways associated with them. The results showed that high fat diet could significantly increase the levels of TG,TCH and LDL (P0.01) and lead to severe hepatic steatosis, and the prolongation of feeding time could significantly increase TCH and HDL (P0.01) compared with the results of the 8th week. High fat diet significantly decreased the Shannon and Chao index (P0.001) of intestinal flora, decreased the diversity of flora, and significantly changed the composition of flora, resulting in the increase of phylum and actinomycetes and the decrease of Bacteroides (P0.01). PICRUSt predicted that the differential metabolic pathways in the control group were mainly involved in the survival and reproduction of bacteria, while those in the high-fat diet group were mainly related to the metabolism of energy and amino acids. The changes of these pathways may be closely related to the abnormal blood lipid and the decrease of the diversity of intestinal flora. This study confirmed the harm of long-term feeding high fat diet on blood lipids, liver and intestinal microflora in rats, provided the basis for elucidating the causes of dyslipidemia, and also had a certain guiding effect on the management of healthy diet for pets.
