日糧煙酸水平對(duì)生長(zhǎng)獺兔生產(chǎn)性能、血清抗氧化及脂肪代謝的影響

【摘要】:本課題研究了不同日糧煙酸添加水平對(duì)3-5月齡生長(zhǎng)獺兔生產(chǎn)性能、血清抗氧化指標(biāo)和脂肪代謝的影響。試驗(yàn)選用平均體重為(1860±144)g的3月齡健康獺兔160只,公母各半,按體重隨機(jī)將其分成4組,每組40只,每個(gè)重復(fù)1只。飼喂4種煙酸添加水平不同的試驗(yàn)日糧(其中對(duì)照組為基礎(chǔ)日糧,其他3組分別飼喂添加煙酸水平為50、100、200mg/kg的日糧),預(yù)飼7天,正式試驗(yàn)期53天。試驗(yàn)研究結(jié)果如下:日糧添加不同煙酸水平對(duì)日采食量、日增重、料重比均無(wú)顯著影響(P0.05);日糧煙酸水平對(duì)毛皮重量、毛皮面積和被毛長(zhǎng)度沒(méi)有顯著影響(P0.05),對(duì)毛皮厚度影響顯著(P=0.0459),對(duì)毛囊密度、初級(jí)毛囊密度、次級(jí)毛囊密度、初級(jí)毛囊密度/次級(jí)毛囊密度影響極顯著(P0.05),2組和3組的密度極顯著高于1組和4組;日糧煙酸水平對(duì)獺兔肉質(zhì)的亮度、紅度、pH24、滴水損失及壓力損失沒(méi)有顯著影響(P0.05),對(duì)肉質(zhì)黃度的影響極顯著(P=0.0014),3組的黃度值極顯著低于其它組;隨著日糧煙酸水平增加,血清谷胱甘肽過(guò)氧化氫酶、超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛含量變化差異不顯著(P0.05);日糧煙酸水平對(duì)血清載脂蛋白A、極低密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、總蛋白含量影響不顯著(P0.05),對(duì)載脂蛋白B(P=0.0023)、高密度脂蛋白(P=0.0002)含量影響極顯著;日糧煙酸水平對(duì)血漿甘油三酯、雌二醇、瘦素、胰島素含量影響不顯著(P0.05),對(duì)總膽固醇(P0.0001)和游離脂肪酸(P0.0001)含量影響極顯著,隨著日糧煙酸水平的增加,游離脂肪酸呈極顯著下降趨勢(shì),對(duì)脂聯(lián)素(P=0.0324)含量影響顯著;日糧煙酸水平對(duì)肝臟載脂蛋白A、總蛋白含量影響不顯著(P0.05),對(duì)肝臟載脂蛋白B含量影響極顯著(P=0.0002);日糧煙酸水平對(duì)肝臟蘋(píng)果酸脫氫酶活性影響不顯著(P0.05),對(duì)血漿脂蛋白酯酶活性影響極顯著(P0.0001),對(duì)血漿蘋(píng)果酸脫氫酶(P=0.0210)活性和肝臟脂肪酸合成酶(P=0.0428)活性影響顯著;隨著日糧煙酸水平的增加,脂聯(lián)素受體1、胰島素受體、肉堿脂酰轉(zhuǎn)移酶基因表達(dá)量沒(méi)有顯著變化(P0.05),脂聯(lián)素受體2基因表達(dá)量顯著降低(P=0.0129),乙酰輔酶A羧化酶基因表達(dá)量極顯著降低(P=0.0011),表明添加煙酸能夠顯著抑制脂聯(lián)素受體2和乙酰輔酶A羧化酶基因的轉(zhuǎn)錄水平。
[Abstract]:The effects of different dietary niacin supplementation levels on the production performance, serum antioxidant index and fat metabolism of 3-5 month old growing Rex rabbits were studied. 1860 鹵144g healthy rex rabbits with average weight of (1860 鹵14.4) g, male and female, were randomly divided into 4 groups according to their body weight, 40 rabbits in each group, with one repeats in each group. Four experimental diets with different levels of nicotinic acid were fed (the control group was the basal diet and the other three groups were fed the diet supplemented with nicotinic acid level of 50100200mg/kg) for 7 days and the formal trial period was 53 days. The results were as follows: dietary niacin supplementation had no significant effect on daily intake, daily gain and feed weight ratio (P0.05); Dietary niacin level had no significant effect on fur weight, fur area and coat length (P0.05), but had significant effect on fur thickness (P0. 0459), hair follicle density, primary hair follicle density and secondary hair follicle density. The primary hair follicle density / secondary hair follicle density was significantly affected (P0.05), the density of group 2 and group 3 was significantly higher than that of group 1 and group 4. Dietary niacin level had no significant effect on meat brightness, redness, pH24, drop loss and pressure loss (P0.05), but had very significant effect on meat yellowness (P0. 0014). The yellow value of three groups was significantly lower than that of other groups. With the increase of niacin level, there was no significant difference in serum glutathione catalase, superoxide dismutase and malondialdehyde (P0.05). Dietary niacin level had no significant effect on serum apolipoprotein A, very low density lipoprotein and total protein content (P0.05), but had very significant effect on apolipoprotein B (P0. 0023) and high density lipoprotein (P0. 0002) content. Dietary niacin levels had no significant effect on plasma triglyceride, estradiol, leptin and insulin contents (P0.05), but had significant effects on total cholesterol (P0.0001) and free fatty acids (P0.0001). With the increase of niacin level in diet, the free fatty acid decreased significantly, and the content of adiponectin (P0. 0324) was significantly affected. Dietary nicotinic acid level had no significant effect on liver apolipoprotein A and total protein content (P0.05), but had extremely significant effect on liver apolipoprotein B content (P0. 0002). Dietary niacin level had no significant effect on hepatic malate dehydrogenase activity (P0.05), but had extremely significant effect on plasma lipoprotein esterase activity (P0.0001). The activity of plasma malate dehydrogenase (Pt0. 0210) and hepatic fatty acid synthase (P0. 0428) were significantly affected. With the increase of dietary nicotinic acid level, adiponectin receptor 1, insulin receptor, carnitine adiponectin receptor 2 gene expression did not change significantly (P0.05), adiponectin receptor 2 gene expression decreased significantly (P0. 0129). The expression of acetyl coA carboxylase gene was significantly decreased (P0. 0011), indicating that nicotinic acid could significantly inhibit the transcription level of adiponectin receptor 2 and acetyl coA carboxylase gene.
