【摘要】：為比較不同保存方式對雞減蛋綜合征滅活抗原的影響,采用禽腺病毒京911株(CVCC AV70)經(jīng)尿囊腔接種易感鴨胚,收獲感染鴨胚液,經(jīng)β-丙內(nèi)酯滅活后,對該抗原的保存條件及其穩(wěn)定性等方面進行優(yōu)化。凍干抗原與未凍干抗原在相同溫度下,凍干抗原HA效價下降較慢。凍干抗原在2~8℃和-15℃以下保存,HA效價沒有明顯差異。因此,生產(chǎn)的雞減蛋綜合征滅活抗原要在凍干后保存在2~8℃最佳。保存條件的優(yōu)化不僅可以減少經(jīng)濟損失,而且還有助于更好的控制禽腺病毒疫情的暴發(fā)。
