【摘要】：隨著全基因組時(shí)代的到來(lái),高通量測(cè)序在動(dòng)物新基因和分子標(biāo)記挖掘方面的優(yōu)勢(shì)日益突出,與此同時(shí),全基因組關(guān)聯(lián)分析(Genome-wide association studies,GWAS)成功建立起變異與表型的關(guān)聯(lián),借助現(xiàn)代分子育種和基因組選擇(Genomic selection,GS)技術(shù),這些新產(chǎn)生的基因組變異必將在動(dòng)物經(jīng)濟(jì)性狀改良方面發(fā)揮重要作用。目前,與家羊關(guān)鍵經(jīng)濟(jì)性狀有關(guān)的分子遺傳標(biāo)記研究還相對(duì)較少,而高質(zhì)量參考基因組的發(fā)表為性狀的遺傳改良提供了發(fā)展的契機(jī)�；诖�,文章對(duì)綿羊和山羊關(guān)鍵經(jīng)濟(jì)性狀的GWAS分析和GS育種的相關(guān)進(jìn)展做一綜述,以期為羊品種資源保護(hù)和利用提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the advent of the whole genome era, the advantage of high-throughput sequencing in the mining of new genes and molecular markers in animals has become increasingly prominent. At the same time, the association between variation and phenotype has been successfully established by whole-genome association analysis (Genome-wide association studies,GWAS). With the help of modern molecular breeding and genomic selection (Genomic selection,GS) techniques, these new genomic variations will play an important role in the improvement of animal economic traits. At present, the molecular genetic markers related to the key economic traits of domestic sheep are relatively few, and the publication of high-quality reference genomes provides an opportunity for the development of genetic improvement of traits. Based on this, this paper reviews the GWAS analysis of the key economic traits of sheep and goat and the related progress of GS breeding, in order to provide reference for the protection and utilization of sheep breed resources.
