飼喂氨化棉籽殼對塔里木馬鹿瘤胃內(nèi)環(huán)境指標(biāo)及血清尿素氮含量的影響

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)旨在研究飼喂氨化棉籽殼對塔里木馬鹿瘤胃內(nèi)環(huán)境指標(biāo)及血清尿素氮含量的影響,以期為塔里木馬鹿對氨化飼料的合理利用提供理論依據(jù)。選用3只安裝有永久性瘤胃瘺管的塔里木馬鹿作為試驗(yàn)動(dòng)物,采用配對試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)(飼喂氨化棉籽殼前和飼喂氨化棉籽殼后),分2期進(jìn)行,前期飼喂含未氨化棉籽殼(1 kg)的飼糧,后期飼喂用氨化棉籽殼全部替換掉未氨化棉籽殼的飼糧。每期試驗(yàn)分為預(yù)試期和正試期,預(yù)試期7 d,正試期15 d。結(jié)果顯示:飼喂氨化棉籽殼后,塔里木馬鹿瘤胃液p H、氨態(tài)氮濃度、微生物蛋白含量和血清尿素氮含量均顯著或極顯著高于飼喂氨化棉籽殼前(P0.05或P0.01),乙酸、丁酸和總揮發(fā)性脂肪酸濃度顯著或極顯著低于飼喂氨化棉籽殼前(P0.05或P0.01)。飼喂氨化棉籽殼前、后每只塔里木馬鹿每天的飼料成本分別為5.55和5.04元,飼喂后比飼喂前低0.51元。由此可見,塔里木馬鹿對氨化棉籽殼有很強(qiáng)的適應(yīng)能力,氨化棉籽殼在塔里木馬鹿飼糧中的應(yīng)用可有效節(jié)約蛋白質(zhì)飼料,提高粗飼料的利用效率,提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this experiment was to study the effect of ammoniated cottonseed shell on the rumen environmental index and serum urea nitrogen content of Tarim Wapiti in order to provide theoretical basis for the rational utilization of ammoniated feed in Tarim Wapiti. Three Tarim Wapiti with permanent rumen fistula were selected as experimental animals. The paired design (before and after feeding ammoniated cottonseed shell) was used in two phases. The diets containing unammoniated cottonseed shells (1 kg) were fed in the early stage, and those without ammoniated cottonseed shells were replaced with ammoniated cottonseed shells in the later stage. Each trial period was divided into pre-test period and positive trial period, the pre-trial period was 7 days, and the positive trial period was 15 days. The results showed that the concentrations of pH, ammonia nitrogen, microbial protein and serum urea nitrogen in rumen fluid of Tarim Wapiti were significantly or extremely higher than those before ammoniated cottonseed shell (P0.05 or P0.01). The concentrations of butyric acid and total volatile fatty acids were significantly lower than those before feeding ammoniated cottonseed shell (P0.05 or P0.01). The feed cost of each Tarim Wapiti before and after ammoniated cottonseed shell was 5.55 and 5.04 yuan, which was 0.51 yuan lower than that before feeding. It can be seen that Tarim Wapiti has a strong adaptability to ammoniated cottonseed shell. The application of ammoniated cottonseed shell in the diet of Tarim Wapiti can effectively save protein feed, improve the utilization efficiency of crude feed and increase economic benefit.
