【摘要】：為探究禽心包積液-肝炎綜合征的發(fā)病原因。對2016年7月天津市某家禽養(yǎng)殖場的病死雞進行了大體病變檢查、組織病理學檢查、細菌學檢驗及其病毒的分離鑒定和回歸試驗等。結(jié)果顯示,剖檢以大量心包積液和肝臟腫大為主;組織切片H.E.染色觀察到肝臟淤血、水腫,肝細胞變性、壞死且含有大量嗜堿性核內(nèi)包涵體;細菌培養(yǎng)均為陰性;PCR檢測禽腺病毒-4型(FAd V-4)呈現(xiàn)陽性;回歸試驗的結(jié)果與臨床病例一致。最終診斷為禽心包積液-肝炎綜合征,與I群4型禽腺病毒相關(guān)。病毒的致病性研究正在進行中。
[Abstract]:To investigate the pathogenesis of avian pericardial effusion-hepatitis syndrome. Gross pathological changes, histopathological examination, bacteriological examination, virus isolation and regression tests were carried out in a sick and dead chicken in a poultry farm in Tianjin in July 2016. The results showed that a large number of pericardial effusion and hepatomegaly were the main findings, and the histopathological sections were H. E. Liver congestion, edema, hepatocyte degeneration, necrosis and large number of basophilic inclusion bodies were observed by staining. The bacterial culture was negative, and FAd V-4 was positive by PCR. The results of regression test were consistent with clinical cases. The final diagnosis of avian pericardial effusion-hepatitis syndrome was associated with Avian adenovirus type I-4. Studies on the pathogenicity of the virus are under way.
