酵母浸出物對(duì)屎腸球菌活菌數(shù)的影響
[Abstract]:The number of live bacteria in the fermenting feed of Enterococcus faecium (Enterococcus faecium) is the key factor to ensure its functional characteristics. In order to increase the total number of live bacteria in the fermentation process of Enterococcus faecium, this study took Enterococcus faecium as the experimental strain. Four kinds of yeast extracts with different characteristics were used to study the effect of yeast extract on the number of live bacteria of Enterococcus faecium. According to the single factor test, the number of live bacteria of Enterococcus faecium cultured with yeast extract as the sole nitrogen source was determined, and the key factors affecting the living bacteria of Enterococcus faecium were found out according to the detection index of yeast extract. The results showed that the yeast extract, which mainly provided growth factors and trace elements, had a significant effect on the activity of Enterococcus faecium, and the content of free nucleotides was an important factor affecting the number of viable bacteria in fermentation of Enterococcus faecium. By adding a certain amount of free nucleotides and anaerobic culture for 12 h, the final viable bacteria number was 176 脳 10 ~ (8) CFU/m / L, which increased the number of live bacteria by nearly 40% compared with that without free nucleotides. The results showed that adding a certain amount of free nucleotides to the culture medium could increase the number of live bacteria of Enterococcus faecium in fermentation broth and provide a reference for the industrialized production of Enterococcus faecium with high number of live bacteria.
