進境種牛境外免疫對檢疫工作的影響及對策
[Abstract]:Bovine infectious rhinotracheitis (IBR), bovine viral diarrhea (BVD) and bovine parainfluenza type 3 (PI-3) are three important viral infectious diseases which can cause bovine respiratory disease syndrome (BRDC),). Clinical manifestations include high fever, decreased appetite, depression, dyspnea, coughing, salivation, increased eye discharge, and widespread distribution around the world, causing enormous economic losses to the cattle industry. Most of China's imported and outgoing cattle and their products have quarantine requirements for these three diseases. In this paper, the titer of serum antibody of imported cattle inoculated with the above three kinds of vaccines abroad was determined, its influence on entry inspection and quarantine work was evaluated, and some suggestions for prevention and control of the above diseases were put forward. The results are as follows: determination of 1.IBR serum antibody titer and suggestions for IBR prevention and control. In this paper, the serum antibody titers and viruses of 126 imported cattle inoculated with inactivated IBR vaccine were determined by ELISA, neutralization test and PCR method. Its influence on quarantine work is analyzed. The suggestion of replacing the inactivated routine vaccine with the gene deletion vaccine which can distinguish immunity from natural infection was put forward. The titer of serum antibody of 2.BVD and the prevention and control of BVD for 126 vaccinated bovine viral diarrhea were suggested. The titers of serum antibodies of imported cattle were determined. In this paper, the influence of 3.PI-3 on the subsequent quarantine work was analyzed, and then the suggestion of canceling the BVDV vaccine from imported cattle was put forward. The titer of 3.PI-3 serum antibody and the suggestion of PI-3 prevention and control were determined in this paper, and the ELISA method was used in this paper. The titer of serum antibody against imported bovine parainfluenza type 3 vaccine was determined in 31 cattle injected with bovine parainfluenza 3 vaccine. Combined with the research progress of bovine parainfluenza type 3 vaccine at home and abroad, it was suggested that the BPIV3 vaccine of imported cattle should be cancelled. And continue to develop more effective new vaccines to prevent the occurrence and transmission of the disease. To sum up, the prevention and control measures of bovine infectious rhinotracheitis, bovine viral diarrhea and bovine parainfluenza type 3 are analyzed in this paper.
