【摘要】：畜禽舍內(nèi)產(chǎn)生的微生物氣溶膠不僅對動物以及從業(yè)人員健康產(chǎn)生較大影響,也給疾病防控帶來一定難度。作為養(yǎng)殖場及周邊環(huán)境的一個(gè)潛在污染源,對畜禽舍內(nèi)微生物氣溶膠的研究已經(jīng)成為熱點(diǎn)之一。本文針對微生物氣溶膠的種類及來源、污染現(xiàn)狀及危害、采集及檢測方法、氣溶膠中耐藥菌及耐藥基因的污染情況等作一綜述,以期為研究畜禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)微生物氣溶膠提供較全面的理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Microbial aerosols produced in livestock and poultry houses not only have a great impact on the health of animals and employees, but also bring some difficulties to disease prevention and control. As a potential source of pollution in livestock farms and surrounding environments, the study of microbial aerosols in livestock and poultry houses has become one of the hot spots. In this paper, the types and sources of microbial aerosols, the status quo and harm of contamination, the methods of collection and detection, and the contamination of resistant bacteria and resistant genes in aerosols are reviewed. In order to provide a more comprehensive theoretical basis for the study of microbial aerosols in livestock and poultry breeding.
