【摘要】：隨機選擇6月齡酉州烏羊、本地白山羊和波雜羊公羊各3只,屠宰后進行屠宰性能和肉品質(zhì)研究.結(jié)果表明:1酉州烏羊與本地白山羊生長性狀、屠宰性能和肉品質(zhì)指標均差異不具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(p0.05).2酉州烏羊的體高極顯著低于波雜羊(p0.01),管圍顯著短于波雜羊(p0.05).3酉州烏羊的肉骨比高于其他群體,宰后質(zhì)量、胴體長極顯著低于波雜羊(p0.01),胴體質(zhì)量、骨質(zhì)量、凈肉質(zhì)量顯著低于波雜羊(p0.05).4酉州烏羊的皮質(zhì)量、皮厚、皮張面積、前蹄質(zhì)量、后蹄質(zhì)量、肝臟質(zhì)量、脾臟質(zhì)量、左腎質(zhì)量、內(nèi)脂質(zhì)量、小腸凈質(zhì)量極顯著低于波雜羊(p0.01),心臟質(zhì)量、脾臟質(zhì)量、右腎質(zhì)量、胃含內(nèi)容物質(zhì)量、小腸含內(nèi)容物質(zhì)量、小腸長度、大腸含內(nèi)容物質(zhì)量、大腸凈質(zhì)量顯著低于波雜羊(p0.05).5酉州烏羊與波雜羊的肉品質(zhì)指標差異不具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(p0.05).
[Abstract]:The slaughtering performance and meat quality of 6 month old U Zhou Wu sheep, 3 local white goats and 3 Bo sheep were randomly selected. The results showed that: (1) there was no significant difference in growth traits, slaughter performance and meat quality between Uzhouwu Sheep and Local White Goat (p0.05). 2 the body height of Uzhouwu Sheep was significantly lower than that of Bo Zhouwu Sheep (p0.01). (3) the meat and bone ratio of Youzhou Wu sheep was higher than that of other populations, the postmortem quality and carcass length were significantly lower than those of Bo hetero sheep (p0.01), and the carcass weight and bone quality were significantly lower than those of Bo hetero sheep (p0.01). The net meat quality was significantly lower than that of Bo Zai sheep (p0.05). 4 the skin mass, skin thickness, skin area, front hoof mass, hind hoof mass, liver mass, spleen mass, left kidney mass, internal fat mass of Uzhouwu sheep were significantly lower than those of Bo Zai sheep (p0.05). The net weight of the small intestine was significantly lower than that of the sheep (p0.01), the heart mass, spleen mass, right kidney mass, stomach content mass, small intestine length, large intestine content mass, The net weight of large intestine was significantly lower than that of bow sheep (p0.05). 5 there was no significant difference in meat quality indexes between Youzhou Wu sheep and Bo hetero sheep (p0.05).
