HACCP在畜牧生產(chǎn)上的應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:In recent years, the quality of agricultural products in many countries and regions around the world, especially the quality and safety of livestock and poultry products, has become increasingly serious, which has aroused widespread concern at home and abroad, also due to the quality and safety of livestock and poultry products. Seriously restrict and affect the vigorous development of animal husbandry in China. Hazard Analysis and critical Control Point (HACCP),) aims to ensure safety from food to food (production, processing, manufacturing, preparation and consumption). The system identifies, evaluates and controls hazards in a scientific, rational and systematic manner. In order to establish HACCP system in livestock production, first of all, it is necessary to carry out hazard analysis on all aspects (breeding, raising, management, disease prevention and control, processing of livestock products, animal husbandry management, etc.) in the process of livestock production. Identify potential hazards for HACCP planning.
