6種飼料原料瘤胃降解特性和瘤胃非降解蛋白質(zhì)的小腸消化率

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)旨在研究新疆地區(qū)玉米青貯、棉籽殼、苜蓿草粉、苜蓿干草、葡萄籽粕、蕃茄醬渣6種奶牛飼料原料的瘤胃降解特性和瘤胃非降解蛋白質(zhì)(RUP)的小腸消化率(Idg)。選用3頭裝有永久性瘤胃瘺管的泌乳荷斯坦奶牛,采用尼龍袋法和改進(jìn)三步體外法測(cè)定飼料原料的干物質(zhì)(DM)、粗蛋白質(zhì)(CP)、中性洗滌纖維(NDF)和酸性洗滌纖維(ADF)的瘤胃降解特性以及RUP的Idg和小腸可消化粗蛋白質(zhì)(IDCP)含量。結(jié)果表明:1)苜蓿草粉和玉米青貯的DM有效降解率最高,顯著高于次之的苜蓿干草、番茄醬渣(P0.05),葡萄籽粕、棉籽殼最低,顯著低于其他原料(P0.05);CP有效降解率為番茄醬渣苜蓿草粉玉米青貯苜蓿干草棉籽殼葡萄籽粕,各原料間差異顯著(P0.05);NDF有效降解率為玉米青貯苜蓿草粉棉籽殼苜蓿干草番茄醬渣葡萄籽粕,各組飼料原料間差異顯著(P0.05);ADF有效降解率為玉米青貯棉籽殼苜蓿干草番茄醬渣苜蓿草粉葡萄籽粕,各組飼料原料間差異顯著(P0.05)。2)苜蓿草粉RUP的Idg和IDCP含量最高,Idg顯著高于依次降低的苜蓿干草、玉米青貯、番茄醬渣、葡萄籽粕、棉籽殼(P0.05),IDCP含量與苜蓿干草差異不顯著(P0.05),顯著高于依次降低的玉米青貯、番茄醬渣、葡萄籽粕、棉籽殼(P0.05)。綜上所述,不同飼料原料具有不同的瘤胃降解特性,進(jìn)入小腸IDCP的含量也不同。玉米青貯的DM、NDF和ADF在瘤胃的有效降解率較高,苜蓿草粉RUP的Idg較高,苜蓿草粉和苜蓿干草的IDCP含量較高。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the rumen degradation characteristics of corn silage, cottonseed husk, alfalfa meal, alfalfa hay, grape seed meal and tomato sauce residue as well as the digestibility of rumen non-degradable protein (RUP) in small intestine. Three lactating Holstein cows with permanent rumen fistula were used to determine dry matter (DM), crude protein (CP), by nylon bag method and improved three-step method in vitro. The rumen degradation characteristics of neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and acid detergent fiber (ADF) and the contents of Idg of RUP and digestible crude protein (IDCP) of small intestine were studied. The results showed that: 1) the DM degradation rate of alfalfa meal and corn silage was the highest, significantly higher than that of alfalfa hay, tomato sauce residue (P0.05), grape seed meal and cottonseed shell (P0.05), significantly lower than other raw materials (P0.05); The effective degradation rate of CP was tomato paste residue, alfalfa meal, corn silage, alfalfa hay cottonseed husk grape seed meal, and there was significant difference among the raw materials (P0.05). The effective degradation rate of NDF was the grape seed meal of alfalfa with cotton seed shell and alfalfa hay with tomato sauce, and there was significant difference among the feed materials among the groups (P0.05). The effective degradation rate of ADF was the grape seed meal of alfalfa powder with corn silage and cotton seed husk, and the content of Idg and IDCP in alfalfa meal RUP was the highest. Idg was significantly higher than that of alfalfa hay, corn silage, tomato sauce dregs, grape seed meal and cottonseed shell (P0.05), IDCP content was not significantly different from alfalfa hay content (P0.05), significantly higher than that of corn silage and tomato paste residue. Grape seed meal and cottonseed shell (P0.05). In conclusion, different feed materials have different rumen degradation characteristics and different IDCP content into the small intestine. The effective degradation rate of DM,NDF and ADF in rumen of maize silage was higher, Idg of RUP in alfalfa meal was higher, IDCP content of alfalfa meal and alfalfa hay was higher.
