枯草芽孢桿菌與錳協(xié)同對5~11周齡五龍鵝血清生化指標、抗氧化能力及脛骨發(fā)育的影響

【摘要】:本試驗旨在研究枯草芽孢桿菌與錳協(xié)同對5~11周齡五龍鵝血清生化指標、抗氧化能力及脛骨發(fā)育的作用,以探索在肉鵝飼糧中添加枯草芽孢桿菌對錳需要量的影響。試驗選用5周齡五龍鵝360只,隨機分為6組,每組6個重復,每個重復10只(公母各占1/2)。Ⅰ組飼糧錳添加水平為105 mg/kg,未添加枯草芽孢桿菌;Ⅱ~Ⅵ組飼糧枯草芽孢桿菌添加水平均為250 g/t,錳添加水平分別為0、35、70、105、170 mg/kg。試驗期7周。結(jié)果表明:1)Ⅱ~Ⅵ組血清堿性磷酸酶(AKP)活性及甘油三酯(TG)、膽固醇(CHOL)含量均隨飼糧錳添加水平的增加呈現(xiàn)先升高后降低趨勢,各組間差異不顯著(P0.05),均以Ⅳ組最高。2)Ⅱ~Ⅵ組血清總抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和谷胱甘肽過氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性均隨飼糧錳添加水平的增加呈現(xiàn)先升高后降低趨勢,Ⅳ組顯著高于Ⅰ組(P0.05),極顯著高于Ⅱ組(P0.01);Ⅱ~Ⅵ組血清丙二醛(MDA)含量隨飼糧錳添加水平的增加呈現(xiàn)先降低后升高趨勢,Ⅳ組極顯著低于Ⅱ組(P0.01)。3)Ⅱ~Ⅵ組骨密度、骨強度、脛骨重和脛骨灰分含量均隨飼糧錳添加水平的增加呈現(xiàn)先升高后降低趨勢,Ⅳ組骨密度、骨強度、脛骨重和脛骨鈣含量均顯著或極顯著高于Ⅰ組(P0.05或P0.01);Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ組脛骨錳含量均顯著或極顯著低于Ⅰ組(P0.05或P0.01)。由此可見,飼糧中添加枯草芽孢桿菌能夠提高錳生物學效應,進一步提高機體營養(yǎng)同化作用,增強機體抗氧化能力,促進脛骨發(fā)育,降低脛骨錳含量;建議在5~11周齡五龍鵝飼糧中添加250 g/t枯草芽孢桿菌條件下,錳適宜添加水平為70 mg/kg。
