內(nèi)蒙古絨山羊長絨后期褪黑激素埋植時間對其生產(chǎn)性能的影響
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of melatonin implantation time on cashmere yield, growth and reproduction of Inner Mongolia Cashmere Goat, the weight was similar at the end of April 2013. Thirty Inner Mongolia Cashmere Goats, about 3 years old with the same cashmere yield, were randomly divided into 3 groups, respectively, as the control group. In December 2013 and February 2014, the second implant group (i.e., the second implantation group started at the end of December 12) and the single implant group in February 2014 (i.e., the single implant group at the end of February 2014) were implanted with melatonin at the dose of 2mg/kg (BW). The growth of cashmere was observed month by month from the beginning of implantation to the end of experiment (late April 2014), and the cashmere samples were collected to analyze the influence of planting on the growth of cashmere. The initial and end weight of the sheep was measured, and the lambs and the birth weight of the lambs were counted. The results were as follows: 1) in the single implant melatonin group, there was a significant loss of develvet in the neck of most sheep at the end of April, but there was no develvet in the control group and the second implantation group; 2) embedding melatonin had no effect on body weight and daily gain of sheep at the end of the experiment (P0.05), and had no effect on lambs and birth weight of lambs (P0.05). 3) there was no difference in the length and fineness of cashmere between the groups (P0.05), but there was no difference in cashmere yield between the second implantation group and the control group (P0.05), but the cashmere yield in the single implantation group decreased significantly because of early shedding loss (P0.05). 4) the growth rate of cashmere decreased gradually in January and January, and there was no difference among the groups (P0.05), and all of them stopped growing in April. Therefore, the single implantation of melatonin at the end of February had the effect of promoting the cashmere to fall off early, and the second implantation of melatonin at the end of December did not promote the cashmere to fall off, but did not promote the growth of cashmere, and did not prolong the growth period of cashmere.
