藤茶二氫楊梅素對肉雞促生長作用研究

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)旨在研究藤茶二氫楊梅素對肉雞促生長作用的影響,給藤茶資源的合理開發(fā)利用及其在養(yǎng)殖生產(chǎn)中的應(yīng)用提供參考依據(jù)。將120只40日齡肉雞隨機(jī)分為5組,每組3個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)8只雞,試驗(yàn)期70 d。其中試驗(yàn)Ⅰ組喂基礎(chǔ)日糧+0.025%DMY,試驗(yàn)Ⅱ組喂基礎(chǔ)日糧+0.05%DMY,試驗(yàn)Ⅲ組喂基礎(chǔ)日糧+0.1%DMY,試驗(yàn)Ⅳ組喂基礎(chǔ)日糧+50 mg/kg金霉素,對照組只喂基礎(chǔ)日糧,其他飼養(yǎng)管理措施一致。飼養(yǎng)結(jié)束后,從各重復(fù)中分別選擇體重相近的肉雞兩只做屠宰試驗(yàn),測定各相關(guān)指標(biāo),分析其對肉雞促生長作用的影響。結(jié)果顯示:添加0.05%DMY和金霉素均極顯著提高了肉雞日增重,且降低了料肉比與飼料成本;各試驗(yàn)組肉雞胸肌率分別增加5.43%、19.88%、10.05%和19.00%,胃指數(shù)分別減小14.69%、29.15%、14.69%和20.14%,胸肌剪切力與滴水損失均極顯著減小,且添加0.05%和0.1%DMY可極顯著增加其胸腺指數(shù);各試驗(yàn)組肉雞谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶活性分別降低8.98%、10.20%、14.29%和10.20%,谷草轉(zhuǎn)氨酶活性分別降低7.09%、15.78%、11.06%和11.06%,溶菌酶活性分別增加14.60%、35.03%、26.37%和37.76%,血清MDA含量顯著減少,而SOD酶活性無顯著差異,其小腸蛋白酶活性分別提高65.34%、70.75%、31.98%和51.65%。結(jié)果表明:DMY可增強(qiáng)肉雞的生長性能,減少飼料消耗,節(jié)約飼料成本,可在一定程度上改善肉雞屠宰性能與胸肌肌肉品質(zhì),加快免疫器官成熟,并影響肉雞消化器官的生長發(fā)育;DMY可增強(qiáng)肝細(xì)胞進(jìn)行物質(zhì)代謝的功能,在一定程度上起到保護(hù)脂質(zhì)過氧化物的作用,還可提高腸道消化、吸收能力,增加肉雞飼料利用率,有利于促進(jìn)肉雞的生長發(fā)育;在一定條件下可用一定量的藤茶二氫楊梅素來替代飼用抗生素,降低肉雞飼料中抗生素的使用量,從而保證食品安全。
