白腐真菌降解秸稈條件的研究

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)從溫度、p H值、接種量以及秸稈中的水分含量等優(yōu)化指標(biāo),研究白腐真菌發(fā)酵秸稈前后纖維素和木質(zhì)素的變化。試驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),在秸稈含水量為60%,溫度在30℃,接種量為0.25g/kg,酸度控制在p H為5.0的條件下發(fā)酵7天的效果比較顯著。本試驗(yàn)研究為白腐真菌處理秸稈飼料提供理論依據(jù)。
