酶法輔助超聲提取功勞木中小檗堿的工藝優(yōu)化

【摘要】:為了優(yōu)化酶法輔助超聲提取功勞木中小檗堿的工藝,在單因素試驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)BoxBehnken中心組合試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)原理,采用4因素3水平的響應(yīng)面分析法,以小檗堿收率為響應(yīng)值進(jìn)行回歸分析。結(jié)果表明,酶解最佳工藝條件為:酶解pH值3.5、酶用量10.6 mg/g、酶解溫度51℃、酶解時(shí)間97 min。在此條件下,小檗堿收率為22.46 mg/g。優(yōu)選的提取工藝穩(wěn)定可行、收率高,為功勞木的工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)提供參考。
[Abstract]:In order to optimize the enzymatic ultrasonic extraction process of berberine from Gongrou, based on the single factor test and the design principle of BoxBehnken center combination test, a response surface analysis method with 4 factors and 3 levels was used.
