玉米秸稈飼糧條件下陰外動脈灌注氨基酸混合物對奶牛乳腺內(nèi)短鏈脂肪酸攝取規(guī)律的影響

【摘要】:本試驗采用動靜脈血插管技術(shù),以泌乳中期荷斯坦奶牛為研究對象,研究玉米秸稈飼糧條件下陰外動脈灌注氨基酸(AA)混合物對奶牛產(chǎn)奶性能、尾動脈血和乳靜脈血中短鏈脂肪酸(SCFA)濃度及其比例以及乳腺內(nèi)SCFA攝取規(guī)律的影響。采用2×2交叉試驗設(shè)計,將體況良好、體重相近、日乳產(chǎn)量為(20.17±1.28)kg的8頭經(jīng)產(chǎn)(2~3胎)荷斯坦奶牛隨機(jī)分為采食不同飼糧的2組[苜蓿組(MF組)和玉米秸稈組(CS組)],每組4頭。2組奶牛飼喂的飼糧精粗比均為45∶55,精飼料組成相同,粗飼料組成不同,MF組粗飼料由苜蓿干草、玉米青貯和羊草組成,CS組以單一的玉米秸稈全部替代MF組飼糧中的粗飼料。試驗分為2個階段,每個階段20 d,均分為飼糧適應(yīng)期(預(yù)試期)14 d,載體灌注期3 d,正式灌注期3 d。在第1階段,在載體灌注期,MF組奶牛接受載體灌注(陽性對照組1),CS組奶牛也接受載體灌注(對照組);在正式灌注期,MF組奶牛繼續(xù)接受載體灌注(陽性對照組2),CS組奶牛接受AA混合物灌注;在第2階段,將2組動物互換后處理方法同第1階段。每個正式灌注期的最后2 d采集乳樣和血樣。結(jié)果顯示:CS組奶牛陰外動脈灌注AA混合物可顯著提高乳蛋白率(P0.05),對乳產(chǎn)量、4%乳脂校正乳(FCM)產(chǎn)量、乳脂率、乳脂產(chǎn)量、乳蛋白產(chǎn)量有一定促進(jìn)效果,但部分指標(biāo)仍然顯著低于MF組(P0.05)。CS組奶牛陰外動脈灌注AA混合物可趨于顯著地提高乳靜脈血中乙酸的濃度(P=0.09),顯著降低乳腺內(nèi)乙酸的動靜脈差(P0.05),縮小CS組與MF組奶牛在乳腺對乙酸的攝取量和攝取效率方面存在的差距。CS組奶牛陰外動脈灌注AA混合物對提高尾動脈血中乙酸/丙酸、(乙酸+丁酸)/丙酸有一定的促進(jìn)效果(P0.05)。由此得出,以玉米秸稈為粗飼料的奶牛陰外動脈灌注AA混合物可顯著提高乳蛋白率,增加乳靜脈血中的乙酸濃度,同時縮小與以苜蓿干草、玉米青貯和羊草為粗飼料的奶牛在乳腺對乙酸的攝取量和攝取效率方面存在的差距。
[Abstract]:In this study, the effects of amino acid (AA) mixture on milk production of Holstein cows in middle lactation period were studied under the condition of corn straw diet by arterial infusion of amino acid (AA). Effects of the concentration and proportion of short-chain fatty acid (SCFA) in caudal blood and mammary vein blood and SCFA uptake in mammary gland. The design of 2 脳 2 cross test shows that the body is in good condition and the weight is similar. Eight Holstein cows with daily milk yield of (20.17 鹵1.28) kg were randomly divided into two groups [MF group (MF group) and CS group]. There were 4 cows in each group. The crude feed of MF group was composed of alfalfa hay, corn silage and Leymus chinensis. In CS group, the crude feed in the diet of MF group was replaced by a single corn straw. In the first stage, during the period of carrier perfusion, MF cows received carrier perfusion (positive control group 1), CS cows also received carrier perfusion (control group); During the formal perfusion period, the cows in the MF group continued to receive carrier perfusion (the positive control group 2), CS cows received the AA mixture perfusion, and in the second stage, the two groups of animals were exchanged after treatment with the first stage. Milk and blood samples were collected on the last 2 days of each formal perfusion period. The results showed that AA mixture could significantly increase milk protein rate (P0.05) in CS group, which could promote milk yield, 4% milk fat corrected milk (FCM) yield, milk fat yield and milk protein yield. However, some indexes were still significantly lower than those in MF group (P0.05). CS group). The concentration of acetic acid in milk vein blood (P0. 09) and the arteriovenous difference of intramammary acetic acid (P0. 09) were significantly decreased in). CS group (P0.05). To reduce the difference between CS group and MF group in the intake and efficiency of acetic acid in mammary gland. CS group cows were perfused with AA mixture to increase acetic acid / propionic acid in caudal blood. (butyric acid acetate) / propionic acid had certain promoting effect (P0.05). It was concluded that AA mixture infused with cornstalk as forage could significantly increase milk protein rate, increase acetic acid concentration in milk vein blood, and reduce alfalfa hay at the same time. The difference in intake and efficiency of acetic acid in mammary gland between cows with corn silage and Leymus chinensis as forage.
