【摘要】：塞內(nèi)卡病毒病是由微RNA病毒科的A型塞內(nèi)卡病毒(Senecavirus A,SVA)引起的動(dòng)物傳染病,主要感染豬,不同年齡階段的豬均易感,但不同毒株的致病力明顯不同,引起的臨床癥狀也不盡相同。早期的分離株多導(dǎo)致亞臨床感染,近年來的分離株通常引起口蹄疫樣的臨床癥狀,病豬口鼻部、蹄部出現(xiàn)水皰、潰瘍,新生仔豬死亡率顯著增加。目前,該病主要流行于加拿大、巴西和美國等國家;2015年以來,我國廣東和湖北兩省某些豬場相繼發(fā)生SVA疫情。為提高人們對該病的認(rèn)識和重視,及早做好相關(guān)防控預(yù)案和檢測技術(shù)儲(chǔ)備,筆者從病原學(xué)、流行病學(xué)、臨床癥狀與病理變化、檢疫與診斷、防控措施等方面對取得的最新研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行概述。
[Abstract]:Seneca virus disease is an animal infectious disease caused by Senecavirus Agna virus of the family RNA. It mainly infects pigs and pigs of different ages, but the pathogenicity of different strains is obviously different. The clinical symptoms are also different. The early isolates usually cause subclinical infection. In recent years, the isolates usually cause foot-and-mouth disease symptoms, blisters in the mouth, nose and hoof of pigs, ulcers, and mortality of newborn piglets. At present, the disease is mainly prevalent in Canada, Brazil and the United States. Since 2015, SVA outbreaks have occurred in some pig farms in Guangdong and Hubei provinces of China. In order to improve people's understanding and attention to the disease, and to make the relevant prevention and control plan and detection technology reserve as early as possible, the author from etiology, epidemiology, clinical symptoms and pathological changes, quarantine and diagnosis, The latest research progress in prevention and control measures is summarized.
