【摘要】：本研究旨在探討飼糧中添加酵母壁多糖對(duì)斷奶仔豬腸道揮發(fā)性脂肪酸和微生物菌群的影響。試驗(yàn)采用單因素試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)方法,選取180頭遺傳背景一致、健康狀況良好、胎次和體重接近的21日齡斷奶仔豬,隨機(jī)分為4個(gè)組,每組5個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)9頭豬。4個(gè)組試驗(yàn)豬分別飼喂對(duì)照飼糧(未添加酵母壁多糖)、0.15%酵母壁多糖飼糧、0.30%酵母壁多糖飼糧和0.45%酵母壁多糖飼糧。試驗(yàn)期21 d。結(jié)果表明:1)與對(duì)照組相比,飼糧中添加0.15%、0.30%和0.45%酵母壁多糖顯著提高了仔豬結(jié)腸乙酸的含量(P0.05);其中,0.30%和0.45%酵母壁多糖還顯著提高了結(jié)腸丙酸、丁酸以及總揮發(fā)性脂肪酸的含量(P0.05),且二者之間差異不顯著(P0.05)。2)與對(duì)照組相比,飼糧中添加0.15%、0.30%和0.45%酵母壁多糖顯著降低了盲腸沙門氏菌和大腸桿菌數(shù)量(P0.05),且0.30%和0.45%酵母壁多糖組之間差異不顯著(P0.05)。由此可知,酵母壁多糖可提高仔豬腸道揮發(fā)性脂肪酸含量,并改善腸道微生物菌群結(jié)構(gòu),根據(jù)回歸方程預(yù)測(cè),酵母壁多糖在仔豬飼糧中的適宜添加水平為0.31%~0.40%。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of yeast wall polysaccharides on intestinal volatile fatty acids (VFA) and microbial flora in weaned piglets. 180 weaned piglets with the same genetic background, good health and close birth order and body weight were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups, 5 replicates in each group. Four groups of pigs were fed with control diet (without yeast wall polysaccharide), 0.15% yeast wall polysaccharide diet, 0.30% yeast wall polysaccharide diet and 0.45% yeast wall polysaccharide diet. The experimental period was 21 days. The results showed that: 1) addition of 0.15% and 0.45% yeast polysaccharide significantly increased the content of acetic acid in colon of piglets compared with the control group (P0.05). Among them, 0.30% and 0.45% yeast wall polysaccharides also significantly increased the contents of propionic acid, butyric acid and total volatile fatty acids (P0.05), and there was no significant difference between them (P0.05). The amount of Salmonella cecum and Escherichia coli was significantly decreased by adding 0.15% and 0.45% yeast wall polysaccharides to diet (P0.05), and there was no significant difference between 0.30% and 0.45% yeast wall polysaccharides (P0.05). It can be concluded that yeast wall polysaccharides can increase the content of volatile fatty acids in intestine and improve the structure of intestinal microbial flora in piglets. According to the regression equation, the optimum addition level of yeast wall polysaccharides in piglets diet is 0.31 and 0.40.
