益生菌發(fā)酵復方中藥產(chǎn)物治療雞大腸桿菌病效果研究

【摘要】:雞大腸桿菌病是由大腸桿菌引起的一種傳染病,具有發(fā)病率高、死亡率高的特點,嚴重影響?zhàn)B雞業(yè)發(fā)展。所以如何防控大腸桿菌病是亟待解決的問題。目前防治該病主要依靠大量使用抗生素,容易造成菌群失調(diào)、產(chǎn)生耐藥性和藥物殘留,極大影響雞產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,}f食品安全造成極大隱患。本研究應用益生菌發(fā)酵中藥技術,對益生菌復方制劑進行篩選,對復方中藥進行配比和篩選,進行發(fā)酵液、中藥液體外抑菌試驗,并用對照組、感染組、中藥組、發(fā)酵液組、西藥組對雞大腸桿菌病進行治療和對比,用藥三天后,測定SIgA、病理組織切片、抗氧化指標,通過整理數(shù)據(jù)分析治療效果差異性。結果顯示保加利亞乳桿菌與植物乳桿菌(1:4)復方制劑OD值最大,明顯高于保加利亞乳桿菌、植物乳桿菌。選用18味中藥組成抗大腸桿菌的復方制劑:黃芪20g,黃連10g,烏梅10g,白頭翁30g,茯苓30g,黃芩20g,金銀花20g,大青葉10g,葛根30g,千里光20g,神曲15g,甘草20g,山楂15g,澤瀉10g,訶子10g,明礬10g,黃柏10g,麥芽25g,總計315g。發(fā)酵條件:溫度37℃,時間48h,轉(zhuǎn)速200rpm,接種量20mL,裝液量480mL。發(fā)酵液體外抑菌實驗的抑菌圈直徑為25mm,中藥體外抑菌實驗的抑菌圈直徑為20mm,發(fā)酵液體外抑菌效果要高于中藥抑菌效果。病理組織切片結果顯示發(fā)酵液組試驗雞的十二指腸、盲腸病理損傷情況明顯輕于中藥組和西藥組;SIgA檢測結果表明,發(fā)酵液組雞盲腸內(nèi)容物中SIgA水平高于西藥組,與中藥組差異不顯著,發(fā)酵液組雞十二指腸內(nèi)容物中SIgA水與其他各組差異不明顯。血清丙二醛含量檢測結果表明發(fā)酵液組丙二醛含量高于中藥組和西藥組;血清谷胱甘肽過氧化物酶含量結果表明,發(fā)酵液組該酶含量明顯高于中藥組和西藥組;肝臟超氧化物歧化酶濃度檢測結果表明發(fā)酵液組高于西藥組,而低于中藥組;血清超氧化物酶濃度檢測結果表明發(fā)酵液組高于西藥組和中藥組。結論:通過中藥組、西藥組、發(fā)酵液組體外抑菌試驗、臨床動物試驗、指標檢測試驗,確定發(fā)酵液對大腸桿菌的治療效果好于中藥治療效果。

Therefore, how to prevent and control Escherichia coli disease is an urgent problem to be solved. At present, the prevention and treatment of the disease mainly rely on the use of a large number of antibiotics, which is easy to cause bacteriological disorders, drug resistance and drug residues, greatly affect the quality of chicken products,} f food safety caused great hidden trouble. The results showed that the OD value of the compound preparation of Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Lactobacillus plantarum (1:4) was higher than that of Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Lactobacillus plantarum. 18 Chinese herbs were used to make up the compound preparation of anti-Escherichia coli: astragalus 20g, Coptis chinensis 10g, Wupai 10g, wurin 30g, Scutellaria baicalensis 20g, honeysuckle 20g, big blue leaf 10g, kudzu root 30g, Qianliguang 20g, Shenqu 15g, licorice 20g, Hawthorn 15g.
