寧夏地區(qū)荷斯坦奶牛不同群體生產(chǎn)性能對(duì)比分析
[Abstract]:In this paper, the lactation and reproduction performance of the first born cows of three Holstein dairy cattle populations, namely, Uruguay cow, Australian cow and Ningxia native cow, which were raised in the farming farm of Helan Mountain in Ningxia, were analyzed. To explore the differences of production performance and breeding level among the three Holstein cows. The results were as follows: 1) the lactation performance of the three cows in the same farm: the daily milk yield of the local cattle was significantly higher than that of the Australian cattle and the black cow (P0.05), but the difference between the Australian cattle and the black cow was not significant (P0.05). Milk fat rate, local cattle, black cattle, but the difference was not significant (P0.05). The milk protein rate of local cattle was not significant (P0.05). The milk yield of local cattle was significantly higher than that of black cow (P0.05). There was no significant difference between local cattle and Australian cattle and black cow (P0.05). The lactation duration of the three Holstein cows was higher than the ideal value during 0-70 days of early lactation, but the Australian cow was the most close to the ideal value. In the middle period of 70 to 190 days, the lactation persistence of black and Australian cattle fluctuated greatly, deviating from the ideal value, and the fluctuation of local cow's lactation persistence was small and approaching to the ideal value, which indicated that the lactation performance of Wu Niu and Australian cattle was not stable as compared with that of local cattle. After 190 days of lactation, the lactation sustainability of the three groups was slightly higher than the ideal value, which indicated that the lactation performance of the three groups was good. The number of somatic cells in Australian cattle (245180 / mL), black cattle (240220 / mL), native cattle (226150 / mL), but the difference was not significant (P0.05). 2. The reproductive performance of three cows in the same farm was compared. Australian cattle (53.85%), black cattle (50.00%) and local cattle (46.15%). The rate of conception in oestrous period was 50.94%, 48.78% (48.78%) and 46.88%, respectively. 3) the lactation performance of three dairy cattle populations was compared with that of Australian cattle (48.78%), the daily milk yield of local cattle was significantly higher than that of Australian cattle and black cow (P0.05). There was no significant difference between Australian cattle and black cattle (P0.05). The milk fat rate of local cattle and Australian cattle as well as Australian cattle and black cattle were not significantly different (P0.05) but the local cattle were significantly higher than that of black cattle (P0.05). The milk protein rate of Australian cattle was significantly higher than that of black cattle and native cattle (P0.05), and the rate of milk protein was also significantly higher than that of native cattle (P0.05). The lactation duration of the three Holstein cows was higher than the ideal value during 0-70 days of early lactation, but the Australian cow was the most close to the ideal value. In the middle lactation period of 70-190 days, the lactation persistence of WuNiu and Australian cattle fluctuated greatly and deviated from the ideal value, and the lactation persistence of local cattle was relatively stable and approaching the ideal value. The results showed that the lactation performance of local cattle in this period was more stable than that of black cattle and Australian cattle. 4) the reproductive performance of the three populations in different cattle farms was compared with that in the first estrus period. Local cattle (49.47%), black cattle (46.44%) and Australian cattle (32.39%) had no significant difference (P0.05). The conception rate in oestrous period was 54.71% in black cattle, 51.27% in local cattle and 49.38% in Australian cattle, but the difference was not significant (P0.05). In general, the milk yield of native cattle is better than that of black cow and Australian cow; the milk protein of Australian cow is better than that of black cow and native cow.
