【摘要】：從病死豬肺臟內(nèi)分離到的1株優(yōu)勢菌并命名為SCI-1。根據(jù)細(xì)菌的形態(tài)特征、生化特性、并結(jié)合分離菌株的16SrDNA基因核苷酸序列測定以及系統(tǒng)進(jìn)化樹分析,確定分離菌株為科氏葡萄球菌。動物致病性試驗(yàn)表明,該分離株對小鼠具有較強(qiáng)致病性。藥敏結(jié)果顯示,該菌對慶大霉素、阿米卡星及磺胺間甲氧嘧啶敏感;對阿奇霉素、氯霉素、紅霉素、氟苯尼考、阿莫西林及強(qiáng)力霉素耐藥。
[Abstract]:A dominant bacterium isolated from the lungs of dead pigs and named SCI-1. According to the morphological and biochemical characteristics of the bacteria, combined with the nucleotide sequence analysis of 16SrDNA gene and phylogenetic tree analysis, the isolated strain was identified as Staphylococcus Corii. The animal pathogenicity test showed that the isolate had strong pathogenicity to mice. The results showed that the strain was sensitive to gentamicin, amikacin and sulfamethoxine, and resistant to azithromycin, chloramphenicol, erythromycin, florfenicol, amoxicillin and doxycycline.
